Or maybe I'll stick around for a while...better introduce myself.
Used to be an avid lifter for several years. Settled down, got married, made babies, got fat. REAL fat. Ballooned up to 500lbs at 5'9". Still carried a bunch of muscle and worked an active job but was so tired I couldn't do shit afterward. Inactive husband, dad, etc. Healthmarkers started eating shit. Decided to make a change in 2022. Got down to around 450 then found GLP's. Kept working, nailed down diet and hit the tirzepatide all the way down to 275. Been stalled there for a while. Felt like shit despite weight loss and figured out my test was fairly low in the 300's. Doc wouldn't prescribe trt as I was still in the "normal" range and that's what lead me to Meso; self-managed trt.
Goals: Continue weight loss, build muscle back, optimize hormones and overall health.
