Eat or no eat before work out?

Update since iv got a coach. Iv been eating 5 oz. Egg white 1 whole egg and cantaloupe before work out around 5 am then gym then 1 scoop of protein after work out. Food is a little hard to keep down some days, but I'm sure it will take some ti.e to get use to it. He has me eating 6 times a day and I think I'm starting to feel better. Havent lost any more weight bit I do feel like I'm getting stronger. And something's are tightening up as well. Witch is what I want and need.
I'm still in the begaining of this so i will do another update on how i feel in about a month or so. Thanks everyone for the support and help.

Keep killing it. Slow steady progress is the best. Also don't let your mind get hung up on the scale. Even if it's not moving like you would like I bet if you did some body composition measurements you would see things changing in a positive direction. Once your body gets used to the new amount of food and your metabolism adjust you will probably find your self getting hungry more often or atleast I seem to.
