They're requesting the transaction HASH, not the ID. Depending on what platform you used, research how to locate in that platform. That's what they need to verify.

Cash app does show the full hash. Go to the timeline icon and click on the transaction, go to "view block explorer" then "view more details". It'll show you an area to copy full hash.

In the future I would purchase and transfer to a different wallet outside cashapp ability to seize your funds. If it's strictly Bitcoin proton wallet is great, if you're moving other various crypto this wallet doesn't allow. Cashapp leaves a nasty trail of what your doing, easily followed if wanted.

Don't worry, I believe your transfer was successful.
However, we do need the transaction hash to confirm it, which is a very long string of numbers, but I only received 6 characters. I've asked my boss to try confirming the transfer again, and he'll keep trying even if it means staying up all night.
However, if you can provide the last five digits of the hash, he will be able to find it soon
