Im not 40 but I do Upper/Lower 6 times a weekAt 45, and doing wendler's 5/3/1 variations for many years, I think it's time for a change. I'm thinking maybe just a plain bro split, or PPL, but I'm not sure yet. What routines are you guys over 40 using?
I feel you on that last paragraph. I’m a couple months off the sauce and it’s like an easy button now.Throw booze into the mix is like a handful of sand into the machine. Sobriety and family man life has seen more progression / easier maintenance than when I was juciey AF and training like a psycho.
