Just had a chat with coach about bloods and next cycle. My liver values still good and were totally fine with anavar, BP is in a good range, will check blood next weekend.

If blood checks out I will start blasting soon after, so it could be in a week or so.

Will be adding probiotics into diet in case of indigestion. Will keep Benadryl on hand in case of poor sleep quality. In regards to anxiety etc, I have experienced this in the past and running will always alleviate the symptoms so I’m not too concerned.

Went hiking several days in a national park so weight dropped off hard due to taking my dog and carrying camping gear, food and water up a mountain despite getting meals mostly in. Surprisingly the cardio was great, not hard at all but the calf and shoulder pumps were gnarly.

Definitely should have rested. Had great energy but did a fasted work out and did not recover enough to add weight or even hit the same weight on many lifts. Guess I need to rest more, eat before lifting, and take it down a notch while cruising.

Alright so got blood test cruising, and was somewhat surprised by some results. I did eat before the test so some #s will be a bit inflated.

e2 53.87pg/ml (high) double my natural level of 26.8, need to Be better with AI.

Testosterone >15 ng/ml (high) so this is ostensibly 2-3x greater than natural test ..

My Hdl was lowered by about half! ldl slightly got lower. APOA1 halved too! Woah, was not expecting it to get tanked so hard.

APOB/APOA1 is also acceptable, seems to be below threshold for increased risk for CVD.

Diet has been changed. Adding 30g-50g (Weighed raw) carbs to each meal as well as supplementation for my Mg deficiency.

Goals: Bulk as much as humanly possible and move closer to that 112kg that I want. Would be cool if I can get 1.75 body weight bench, 2.25 squat, and 2.75x body weight This cycle. But definitely not chasing PRs at the moment considering my programming.

hard day. CNS is not feeling so good so I was tired as hell, & comparably unmotivated. still hit my numbers and added some weight on the leg press, and back squat. Feel like I almost blew something out of the front part of my calf leg pressing in rounds. Felt a lot better physically and in terms of motivation after the workout was done though. Front squat is making good improvements in terms of form, relieving pressure from elbows at higher weights.

Feeling unusual sense of well being and optimism recently, is this what tren and npp are supposed to do? Am I experiencing roid rage?

First time having a bad performance in gym in comparison to last week. Maybe it was the Taylor swift the receptionist was blasting. Lifted 10kg less on bench press for reps of 8 which was unusual, and was overall fatigued.
Push on day 3 does not work well for me, need to get it before leg day or back day.

Thurs: back to 90kg this morning.

Back to 100% on the diet, even with additional carbs, feeling hungrier than usual as well, some times in the day I feel like I’m literally starving. If this is the tren and npp increasing my appetite this bulk will go smoothly in the food department.

Already waking up at random times throughout the night. Doesn’t really bother me but does bother my wife. Gonna start having a meal prepped for these random times I wake up or maybe GH ready so I can get a fasted dose.

effects/ Side effects starting to show:

mild insomnia

very light anxiety at random times.
- Caffeine definitely will cause strong physical sensations of anxiety, which didn’t happen last week so I will cut out caffeine.

Increased hunger. Getting through all meals even though one had an additional 100g of uncooked carbs, and 30-50g on others.

strength increase (added +5 or +10 kg and around 1-2 reps.

Need to drill new holes in my belt, it is not tight enough anymore despite eating more.

Currently, I am happy about these sides. The negative are tolerable, and effect on hunger is desirable.

100% on diet, no cheating. Feel like the gear is kicking in. 6 days in the gym this week. After push workout I pretty much slept all day. Very exhausted, really only got up to eat. Added a lot of weight again to workout today... added 20kg on leg press, hit a PR with high bar back squat as well. Added 7.5kg to leg extensions and several extra sets... Felt fatigued but when I get to the gym it is obvious my body is ready to work.

Bench press is the only exercise I can’t add significant weight each time I do it. Today I could add reps on my bench press went from 6 to 7. Was able to do way better close grip presses with no failure on sets of 10, that I was having real trouble with last time and had to rest pause the same weight. pec fly weight with slow cadence went way up, I can basically now use what I thought was heavy for reps Taking 8 seconds up and down and if I go any faster it’s too easy.
Adding weight to my workouts has been making me sleepy as fuck doing 3 on 1 off.

Might take two days rest And do abs calves and glutes (or fucking sleep). Adding weight every day has been taking its toll. Maybe I’ll take my wife to the hot springs or something. Today my lower back still had soreness from Tuesdays back day and adding 20kg to my rows got in the way of my squats. Quads weren’t burnt on the squat but I didn’t want to fuck my back up since I read about folks adding weight too quickly on the train Bologna and getting injured.

Felt way better today. No need for two days off.
Hit deadlifts at 400lbs for reps today, without straining so that was fun. Definitely need to take my chalk on pull days and add I think I can add more weight to deadlift.
