Goal has been changed to shoot for a lean 105kg this cycle.

Finally got bench press sets to 8 reps at 225. my bench progress is still pretty poor.

No real crazy sides still. Sleep is fine except a couple nights. No food rage or anything. Honestly not sure why all the sides get so hyped up.

Sides: intense acid reflux or heartburn whatever I forgot to take my probiotics a few days as I forgot them in the office. Fuck it’s uncomfortable to eat. Need to take them ASAP

Today I will start doing some BJJ after work on days I am not feeling too run down and on rest days. if I start to notice any negative effects in the gym I will back off. It won’t be the first time doing twice a day gym sessions so hopefully I should be able to balance it out those days, still get my meals in etc, and will hopefully sleep better with a bit of cardio.

Stressful situation is finally cleared up. Man my head was fucked this week. I’m surprised I still got all my meals and workouts. Gonna keep going to BJJ to roll on Leg days, since it didn’t seem to effect recovery. Really have a different experience grappling at 93kg, even though it’s been 10 years since I got on the mats I could steam roll a lot of folks. Can’t wait to get back into it. Recently been getting a lot of superman/ and oddly enough some Greek god comments and folks asking if I’m juicing. Guess it’s working.

Added 5kg to seated shoulder press, etc. super happy about this, my shoulders are damned slow to make strength gains.

Really getting back into it with grappling. might go 3x a week, if I can still recover enough to make progress in the weight room and gain body weight.
Started watching John Danaher instructional DVDs before going to roll. Really helping me get fundamentals down faster. This month I will work on 2 things primarily during rolling/sparring. Front headlocks and passing the guard. at the size I am now it’s pretty easy to pin the majority of training partners and work around into a front headlock just from whatever muscle memory I have of the sport, and with some basic positioning knowledge. Feeling a bit more energetic since getting cardio in again.

Feel a bit tired during the day, sleeping like shit, feel unstoppable in the gym. sweating like a roast hog.
Continuing to add 5kg to pull lifts. Added 30kg to barbell shrugs. Deadlift sets of 10 I added about 30kg or so as well. Only lift that hasn’t started blowing up is my bench.
Gonna add another day of BJJ in the week. So workout schedule will be 5 days lifting 3 BJJ (on push, legs and Rest day)

I’ve been taking accutane but I can’t deal with sides anymore. Even tren sides are very tolerable for me but fuck accutane is a monster. I am not touching that shit again. My joints (particularly left elbow) feel crusty, dry and inflamed.

Weight really drops pretty hard after rolling. Have to assume its glycogen and water getting out since I’m drenched in sweat by the end of practice. Strength still going up day by day so no problem with overtraining.
Seated leg curls went up significantly, 20kg or so, wide stance leg press rest pause added 50kg
Back squat at the rep range added 20kg pretty comfortably for a 3x10 at the end of the workout.
Quad extensions added 5kg per leg


Hack squat first time trying the machine felt conservative with 200kg for sets of 8, will go 230-250kg next time and see how which feels challenging.

Some progress pics for this month 1st is 90kg 3 days into blast. Second 93kg, today.
So gaining about 1kg (2.2lbs) per week with 4-6 hours cardio per week. Feel like I am getting leaner as well.

Took an extra day off on Friday, slept essentially the whole day as trensomnia fucked me up the night before.

Deadlift hit a 1rm PR, pretty sure I can pull over 500 if I give it a go next time, then did a sets at 190kg/ 400 lbs

Felt a bit shit this week, gonna deload next week since it’s been probably a year since taking an easy week. So will do one rotation of PPL +1 legs and 2 bjj

Joints feeling better since dropping Accutane but still got some dandruff and a sunburn on my face. That shit felt like poison. I’m still so shocked tren feels super tolerable but accutane is what I can’t handle.

Fuck yeah got to 210 one day short of 1 month into my blast.
I think I can get to 105 in pretty good condition by the end of this, hopefully a lot leaner than when I started this blast. Not gonna do 1rms for a while on deadlift as I already added 20kg this first month maybe will check squat and bench next month.

So I realised I’ve made a mistake on my diet and have been eating too many carbs. Was doing nearly 500g cooked rice in meals, took it down to 400g except on BJJ or wrestling days.

Added 10kg to Rows,
10kg to hammer pulldowns
10kg to reverse grip rows
+2.5 to drag curls and spider curls
+2.5 to hammer curls
+10kg to barbell curls
Also did bb shrugs,
Face pull
Rope pulldowns
Twist curls

After 5.5-6 hours of shit sleep

So far I’m a big fan of tren and I have no clue where the crazy ass mental sides are yet.

Damn tired af today. Yesterday was rough, went hard on back day, 12 hour shift at work too. on reverse grip rows I added about 20kgs for 100kg rest pause for warm ups + added in some lighter DDLs at 160kg before rolling to prefatigue & focus on technique.

So much for a deload...

hit bench PR today, got to 130kg/ 285lbs

Gonna add bpc in to keep my elbow tendons healthy, defending arm bars is fucking my elbows up and I always have struggled with tendinitis.
I think I can probably press more but I don’t want to risk an elbow injury right now.
 
BP is 123/75.

Honestly surprised that it is still reasonable with additional test and tren and npp. I always see people’s BP get fucked. It’s 3 points higher than running anavar...

I’ll try to keep it here throughout this blast.
If I can keep it in low 120s on this blast I will be happy with that. I’ll try to get it down to 120 though and keep up with the cardio.

Sides: God damn I had an amazing sleep but straight up disturbing dreams. Every time I take mk677 it’s somehow both the most amazing sleep & with the most fucked up weird dreams.

Tren sweat last night was tremendous. Wife set the AC 2 degrees warmer and it was like sleeping in a sauna. Must sleep at 75 degrees or lower, or else the sweats set in.

Met some power lifting folks who do comps and stuff. now that I have decent 1rms and they seem to be increasing really quickly, gonna train with them a couple times a week, maybe give some PL comps a try for shits n gigs
