So my Problem ist that caffeine at this time is killing my sleep. I have Problems to Fall asleep. What supps can i take to eliminate the Sleepingproblems of caffeine?

You don’t need caffeine to have an effective workout. I get it. I too work a physical job and work out in the evening. Life improved when I stopped using stims in the evening.

You can try to supplement it away with L-theanine or whatever other people recommend but most likely your sleep quality will still be ass and you’ll be caught in a cycle of poor sleep and fatigue.

In short, no, caffeine is a sleep wrecker and sleeping pills are shit

You could try re-structuring your workout days: maybe train Tuesday & Thursday, but on the weekends train earlier so caffeine doesn't ruin sleep quality; this way, only two bad nights per week

If that's not enough volume for you, double up on the weekends

[just spit-balling]

"After Work at 5pm i take my pre Workout with caffeine."

Think I found your problem, dawg. You don't need caffeine to have a decent workout, you've just convinced yourself in your head you do. Caffeine fucks your sleep long after the nice stimulating effects are gone.

I only take caffeines for aerobic exercise because the exhaustion from the workout exceeds caffeine jitters. The max dose I did without being a zombie afterward was 400mg.

Why dont you just sleep and hour and then go to workout?

I try to train without, but i have Not enough energy and havent the Progress, with Caffeine. I really wondered that 200mg have so strong effects to me that i couldn't sleep as well.

I tried it, but the Problem ist, when i sleep an hour, than i more fatigue as before sleeping. I tried 2 hours, this makes to fall asleep Bad.

At the Moment i believe maybe i Had to lift before work

Maybe something with a shorter halflife, different mechanism of action? theacrine, albuterol, nicotine, dmaa..

Or really strong dark chocolate?

I remember trying to make my own super dark chocolate at home with allulose. The texture was all fucked up because I am neither a seasoned chocolatier nor owned a melanger, but I ate it anyways when I was writing my masters thesis. I managed to write 86 pages and skipped sleeping for three days straight without any jitters. Theobromine is great

Can try caffine free pre workout. It may mentally put you in the right mindframe and you will still get a good pump.

I had a similar issue. I work late and over 4 days, so my days are long. So I work out before work. Now, I need caffeine throughout the day, but, like you, my workout isn't as good without.

What I did: I take half a scoop of pre-workout (60mg caffeine), add a scoop of caffeine free pre-workout and add a small scoop of beta-alanine and citrulline. The little bit of caffeine goes far, but doesn't give me a crashed feeling and I can space the rest of my caffeine out throughout the day.

I am lucky in that I can slam two energy drinks before bed and sleep soundly and easily.

Or start going before work.

Need caffeine to lift -> have shit sleep quality -> get tired the next day -> need caffeine to lift. It's a self-reinforcing cycle.

Break that cycle and see how things go from there.
