Sleep on Tren a and t3/t4

I’ve been on low-dose Tren A for about 10 weeks now, started at 30mg and titrated up to 90mg weekly. Sleep was manageable—even on Tren—until I added T3/T4 two weeks ago (taken in the AM). Since then, I can fall asleep easily, but I wake up after 1–2 hours and can’t fall back asleep, even though I still feel tired.

I’ve already cut caffeine/stims well before bedtime. I’ve tried magnesium, melatonin, and zaleplon (don’t want to build a tolerance to that though). I also take 3 IU of GH before bed.

Bloodwork showed slightly low E2 at 18 pg/mL (sensitive assay).

400 Test E (pinned daily)
400 primo (pinned daily)
90 tren a (pinned daily)
t3- 25mg (daily)
t4-100mg (daily)
2.5iu of GH AM (daily)
3Iu of GH PM (daily)
MOTS C x3 a week (total10mg)
tirzep 12mg
HCG 1500 IU

Has anyone experienced this kind of sleep disruption from thyroid meds? Should I consider dropping or lowering them? Or could this be an issue from GH or E2? Open to any suggestions

Likely too much t3. Try removing the t3 or cutting the dose in half.
As he said above already, could be T3. Tren can also elevate RHR greatly and might wanna check your BP + RHR. Could also be an issue with E2 combined, given its so low. Maybe lower Primo by 50mg and let your E2 go back up to 30-35.

Bro your running too much gear. Take it down and you'll be able to sleep

Don't take your tirzepatide at night. That killed my sleep. E2 is low. Cut your primo in half or replace with mast. That could effect sleep being low. Make sure your room is cold. You can try splitting your t3 dose up throughout the day or take it all before bed. I sadly lost the website I had found that showed how to split it up throughout the day to mimic more natural t3 release.

What gets me to sleep like a baby on tren is 10mg melatonin, 400mg l-theanine, 400mg mag glycinate, ksm-66 ashwaganda optional

I really like zinc, magnesium, theanine and 5-HTP for sleep when I’m on tren. I used to take KSM-66 as well but now that I ran out I can’t tell the difference without it.

Trazodone works well for that. It is an old antidepressants wich act as a serotonin modulator and antihistamine. It sedates you strongly when took on a empty stomach. I currently use 100mg with success. No hangover in the morning.

Be careful with trazodone not only will make you sleepy but you will gain weight from it
