I’ve been on low-dose Tren A for about 10 weeks now, started at 30mg and titrated up to 90mg weekly. Sleep was manageable—even on Tren—until I added T3/T4 two weeks ago (taken in the AM). Since then, I can fall asleep easily, but I wake up after 1–2 hours and can’t fall back asleep, even though I still feel tired.
I’ve already cut caffeine/stims well before bedtime. I’ve tried magnesium, melatonin, and zaleplon (don’t want to build a tolerance to that though). I also take 3 IU of GH before bed.
Bloodwork showed slightly low E2 at 18 pg/mL (sensitive assay).
400 Test E (pinned daily)
400 primo (pinned daily)
90 tren a (pinned daily)
t3- 25mg (daily)
t4-100mg (daily)
2.5iu of GH AM (daily)
3Iu of GH PM (daily)
MOTS C x3 a week (total10mg)
tirzep 12mg
HCG 1500 IU
Has anyone experienced this kind of sleep disruption from thyroid meds? Should I consider dropping or lowering them? Or could this be an issue from GH or E2? Open to any suggestions
