What do you think my BF% is?

This is extremely excessive and absolutely irresponsible to suggest he do something like this.

This is why you need to hire a wise, responsible coach who has your health in mind as well.

I would say you're in the mid teens for body fat percentage.

I 100% agree on you hiring a good coach. Scroll around ig for a bit, look at who's getting guys Peeled but also look at those guys pages and see if they continue to do well, or then go to shit after because that's generally indicative of them having been really aggressive with drugs or other aspects.

Could you get to 10% body fat on hrt? Absolutely. Diet, training and cardio just need to be properly dialed in and revised based on your bodies responses. That's where the coach comes in

Also, why did you cover your face but take pictures infront of pictures of yourself and your family?
This dosages are low medium side and with low test you will have almost no sides . I dont suggest huge dosages but same time i dont like to use very low dosages because doing that you will only crash your production and dont have any results. So stay away from abuse but use enough to get you the results you desire.

After 25 years old hgh is obligation to be a bodybuilder . Now using Meditrope Black tops and loving it , i eat alot cheat food and always lean and shredded

I'd suggest salbutamol it was overall better for me. I'm someone who liked clen before and took it at 100-120mcg with 600-800mg caffeine no problems.

It's like a girl you're like together and you think she's the one, but one day you see a better gazelle and your predator instinct tells you to hunt her down.

That being said, it's time to go do some hunting, now where is my God sword...
I also like salbutamol more than clen in terms of performance and feel.

When our goal is to get shredded we cant look at pump and fullness because to burn fat you need to eat less and be depleted ( is part of the game) . 50mcg t3 dont eat muscle when you use full cycle with test trenbo and hgh it only deplete you. Get shredded and them grow lean is the best way to do it .
What about refeeding? This is my first time doing a cut like this, and I understand the logic behind doing refeeds during a prep/cutting phase, however I’ve found I have forgotten to do them, and since I haven’t had multiple cuts to experiment with doing them with/without refeeds, so I can’t comment on how required they are for me personally/ how much they would help me.

If it’s about thyroid slowing, I haven’t seen signs of that happening yet, and nothing in my panels indicated such either. If anything it’s the opposite and my t4 to t3 conversion is very high still because my t4 is close to the bottom of the range despite raking 150mcg t4. I think the hgh and Anavar is playing a role in increasing t3

A refeed or whatever here and there won't do much to reverse any long-term metabolic adaption; it may help with a training session here and there, and certainly give you a break psychologically, but you're going to need a diet break to help mitigate what you're concerned with.

I just spoke to my buddy Gabe.

He says I'm probably around 14-15 bf% because I have my hamstrings coming in, and that the majority of my fat is around my waste and lower back, which is indicative of estrogen... either way, he agrees that cutting phase is now over, and that I should continue running my cycle of gear, but use higher calories to drive new muscle growth because my body will be in "rebound" mode. He says this especially because I'm using 10ius of GH use. He also suggested to get on something that will help with insulin resistance, such as ALA or Berberine.

He wants me to up my protein to 275g and carbs to 500g on training days. He says that my body is indeed burnt out and wants to rebound; thus, I should use this opportunity to my advantage and add new muscle; if done correctly, and not with shit food, he said I may actually look bigger and leaner. Another three months of gear isn't going to kill me, however, he said it's time to drop the clen, but keep the t3 at a 25mcg maintenance dose.

As for as training, he said keep it the same, including 30mins of cardio; allow the food to drive new muscle growth, and not to add any more to my gear.

After this three-month rebounding period, to take off completely for a month and inject nothing. Then reassess when body is cleared out and ready to either bulk or cut again. But yea, it's basically too late now to keep going, without sacrificing more muscle or worse.

So I guess that's that then... problem solved by asking a coach.
First things first. No way are you 20%. I agree with your friend, more like 15%.

I will say that what I have picked out as your problem is your fear of :losing muscle."

So try out your buddy Gabe's recommendations, and do what he says without any pushback. See how you progress.

When I prepped my wife for wellness, the first thing I did was double her calories for a couple weeks. I started pulling fats and carbs from there. I don't know what your macros were before, but from your stats I would look at 275 grams of protein as a minimum.

Anyway, getting back to your fear of losing size - if you just do what your coach says, and it's working, then you don't have to worry about losing size.

If you are on your own, keeping the protein high along with steroids means you won't lose muscle. The training, the steroids, and the protein are all separate signals to your body to hold onto muscle.

This is not rocket science. Pull from fats and then carbs two or three hundred calories if you have stalled. Maybe add a few minutes of cardio. That's it. Don't monkey with things all the time. Eat the same things and track. If you are stalled for a week or two, then it is time to make a slight adjustment.

Get over the fear of losing muscle, and just do what needs to be done to strip the fat. Avoid going extreme right away. Small adjustments every couple weeks, but only as needed, that is, if you are making progress, then change nothing.

As you get really lean, you will need to pull down calories very low compared to your off season. That is just a fact. The fear of losing muscle is one reason why so many guys show up to bodybuilding contests in poor condition.

I posted these pics on my other "rebound log" to show you what has happened since upping everything. Not many people have been responding to the log, so I'll repost the pics here.

I was 235 the other morning, which freaked me out lol (top row).

Bottom row is me at 215.
Inkedphoto_2022-08-08_09-11-32.jpg

What I did notice when I was cutting, was that I was losing weight very fast, which I documented in the my log. It couldn't have been just fat, so it must have been a lot of glycogen, as my buddy was telling me. And as you can see, at 235 in the pic, I'm much fuller, and there is now way I gained 20lbs of fat. But my lines in my stomach are going away in the FDB, and you can see my lower back in the BDB has a bit of fatness there, but the fatness is very jiggly, as if it full of water. My "abs" haven't changed much other than they are more puffy on the bottom row.

I'm currently eating around 3500 calories, and carbs are up to 420 grams per day. I decided not to go with the 3800 as he recommended, in fear I'd gain too much back too quickly, which clearly is the case, if I've already put back 20 lbs of weight. I don't want that weight to be fat, although I'm sure some may be.

I like to do reffed when i look flat or after 3 days very low carb i carb up one day but with rice and cream of rice ( clean food ). This will help you on your next workouts and you have studies that said after 3 days no carbs you start losing muscle , so i prefer to play safe and protect my dear muscle.

Here I agree that clen certainly works better for burning fat. But the side effects are hellish :)
Clen is amazing because burns fat and not being catabolic like many of the other fat burners , sides like cramps and shaking alot are not good but if you go low dosage you can handle it

Of course if you use hgh all year round like me you keep super lean all year round and dont need fat burners

If you are going to use a coach, just do what he says. Your coach will adjust your calories based on what the progress photos show.

@falseprophet09 i have to agree with this wholeheartedly. There’s been a few times I’ve tried going against the grain of my coach and I did my own thing for several years. As it turns out, I was doing it wrong and was too proud and ignorant to admit or see it. Now I see the flaws in what I did in the past and it’s made me a lot better.

well my friend Gabe, who is a coach, is giving me some advice, and he's telling me the exact opposite of what everyone here has said to do.

Everyone here has said "shred down to single digits, and then bulk up!"...He's saying, the cut is over now; it's time to maintain, and get ready to bulk hard after your body adapts to this new size until April, up to 250lb, then cut down to 230lb.

And I said, but everyone on the forum says I'm still too fat for a bulk...and he said, "People have a skewed view of BF%; you've lost a ton of fat, and your BF% is not the same as it was before...just trust me, get bigger and cut down, you'll thank me later...unless you want to do bulk cut bulk cut bulk cut for endlessly; go hard, gain size, and cut it down... If you put on quality tissue, your next cut will be easier..."

I'm paraphrasing but that's what he said.

And I have to agree. What is the "science" behind why one couldn't bulk, regardless of their bf%, so long as they are putting on quality tissue? If they are gaining mostly muscle with a clean bulk, they will gain minimal fat, and then they can cut down later. It seems everyone here believes one has to be super lean before a bulk, but why? If you cut correctly, you will lose all the fat you gained with minimal or no muscle loss whatsoever. Moreover, not everyone has the genetics to get to single-digit bf%, or the "abs" which people claim must be seen to be "lean enough." I know people who are ripped without abs, or have abs but fat limbs; we are all built differently and need to approach things differently.

So what he is telling me is at odds with everyone here; should I just ignore him?

Funny update:

He literally just came by to grab some var off me, so I told him to have a look at me. He said I'm not as fat as I think, and that he wants me to reach a solid 240lbs, not 250lb now that he has seen me in the flesh again.

So that's the plan...slowly clean bulk up to 240 (I'm 231 now);hold it for a few months, and reassess from there.

He knows you better and can see you in person, even the most intelligent here are limited with the input you can give them vs what your friend can give. Pictures and text can only give so much info. 10 times out of 10 would I listen to my coach if I were you and I felt confident in their competence.

And let’s face it, most people on here are giving their opinions, not anything data driven or fact based

Yes, apparently I went too far with the dosage of clenobuterol.
And what dosage of growth hormone do you use for fat burning?

Why people have affraid to use high dosages anabolics and them use crazy dosages stimulants that are far more dangerous ( even pre workouts high dosages are worst than trenbolone .

Yes go very low on clen and any stimulant and dont mix it with caffeine .

Hgh for fat burning 3ius fasted in the morning before cardio perfect

Yes, everyone is talking about the dangers of anabolics, but about different drugs, for example, pre-workout complexes.

Well, I was the one who said just shut up and do what your coach says, but then you posted this. I thought this guy was a bodybuilding coach. If this is what he is telling you, then you need to find a new coach. That has to be the worst thing I have ever heard a bodybuilding coach say.

Hopefully I am misreading this or taking it out of context.

How will a coach who says this ever get you a first place on stage?

To be that way year round, is the context; and also, genetics can have someone at 15% with ripped abs, but fat elsewhere.
