Care to give any feedback on the DHB? I brewed some up for my next cycle and I’m curious about it. Some people say it’s like tren lite. Other say the PIP isn’t worth the minimal gains

I had only one very bad pip in right glute,it was very painfull for a week. Delts, lats never had any pip zero,so maybe it was just bad shot.
Dhb is very dry gainer,i have great pumps and fullness, vascularity even more, especially during chest day i can see veins pop all over and striations. Tren has lot more powerfull recomp effect and strenght increase. DHB for me is like strong mix of EQ and primo. Better gainer then deca. Overall i love it,maybe next time i will use it in cutting phase.

Update, now my training is better then ever same as progress. Never again had that chest pain and pressure that was caused from vaccine.
At the moment cycle is test/DHB/ HGH
Carbs 780
Protein 400g
Fats trace
I usually train 6 days per week then also on my rest days calories stay the same
If not i lower carbs by 50% just to maintain high insulin sensitivity

Some health supps i take :cq10,omega 3,garlic, chromium,d3,zinc&magnezium,liv 52,milk thistle,b complex,liquid l carnitine View attachment 162124

Looking thick and muscular there. Good username!

Can you give us some idea of your food sources, how you eat, to end up with macros like you have?

I have a problem keeping fats low, and you indicate "trace." I have to really strive to get fats below 50 grams, and they often go up to 80-100 if I am not really careful about it.

And you have such high protein and carbs.

I'd like to hear what a day of eating looks like for you, if you have time to explain it.

Nah, of course my cardiologist is in complete denial that the vax could be causing heart issues (typical VA bullshit) but I have brought my TRT down to 150/wk, on a beta blocker, using coq10 and trying to get a cpap. I’m also doing 30 mins LISS on non lifting days. I don’t drink alcohol (except maybe 1 beer/wk) and I eat 85% clean pretty much all the time. So I’m doing a lot to try to help strengthen my heart and get my EF back up (it’s currently at 40% or so). I have a stress echo scheduled for Tuesday so I’ll get to see if it’s getting better or worse.

I’m still having heart pains, they’re less frequent but more severe. I got the shot on November 5th or 6th
Just seen this post. Any luck increasing your ejection fraction, or finding out what caused it to be low in the first place?

I went into Afib back in early February. At the hospital after getting back into sinus rhythm they did an echo and it said my ejection fraction was 46%! The cardiologist I seen the following week believes it was just from being in Afib and i retested today. (Should have results soon) But seeing my EF that low scared the hell out of me.

Hopefully you’re doing alright man

Actually I think I am healthier than ever at this point.

Speaking to the second ultrasound tech that did my second echo, she said she read the previous readings and couldn't figure out why they said my EF was so low, because there was only one reading (of several, I am not sure how many total measurements are taken) that showed that I had an EF of 40%, and that all of the rest of the measurements showed 50%+. The stress echo I had done showed that my EF was 55%

I feel better than I have in a long time now, and I attribute this to the things I was doing before my second echo to help get my EF back up, I wouldn't be surprised if its higher then 55% at this point, that reading was about 10 weeks ago now. Also, the heart pains have been gone for a month or two at this point.

1) drop down to TRUE TRT test. (like 100-150 mg/wk, for me dropping to 150 did the trick)
2) 20-30 mins of solid LISS 3-4 days per week
3) cut out rec drugs and alcohol
4) If you have high hematocrit, donate blood
5) make sure you're getting adequate potassium
6) CoQ10, celery seed extract, vit D3 and K2
7) drop whatever weight you can, reasonably. Weight is weight as far as the heart is concerned

I make no promises for you and your health (I am not a doctor), but this has helped me out tremendously. I personally believe that the LISS was the biggest contributor for me, but I also had high BP that I needed to get under control.

Glad to hear you’re doing well man. I’m hoping this echo comes back positive for me as well. After getting that first echo back from the hospital, I freaked out, increased my cardio, donated blood because my Hematocrit was high, added more health supplement, and came off cycle (still cruising at 350 test) I know that’s not a proper cruise but I have shit self image issues lol.

That won't matter if your heart doesn't work... that would be a permanent solution to a temporary problem lol, and we don't want that

You’re right about that. How long did you lower your TRT dose? Is it likely being on test is going to lower my ejection fraction, or make that big of a difference if I do lower the dose?

Well here’s the way I see it:

1) lower test will be less LVH and less chance of any sort of cardiac remodeling

2) less test will lower hematocrit which will help thin out your blood, making it less stress on the heart

3) lower test means less E2, which means less water retention, which mean lower BP, which means less stress on your heart.

So it’s mostly indirect, but it should take quite a bit of stress off of your heart, or at least some. This allows the heart to recover from having to pump so hard all of the time.

And if you don’t have high BP or high E2, my first point still matters. And unless you’re a monster, you should be fine at 150-ish test. I was still making strength gains and maintaining size at 240 (~14-15% BF)

Thanks man, Team Freak is my Coaching and That's my logo.

I start my day with rice grits,it super easy to diggest,200g of that + large banana is already 200g of carbs, for protein i do egg whites or good whey isolate, sometimes blend.

Other carb sources are rice, sometimes some potato and i Always have vitargo intra workout and post workout.
Fats only come from omega 3 and some meat like lean steak.
Protein comes from chicken, turkey, sometimes some very lean beef, egg whites, whey and EAA what i take intra workout

All very fair points man. I appreciate you breaking things down like that!

I’m not worried about dying, I got over that about a decade ago. What I worry about is my kids not having a father.

I love my wife, but I’m not worried about leaving her behind, she’s good looking and can cook well so she’ll be just fine haha
Yea I understand. I would worry about my wife. I am not ready to die just yet. Give me 20 years.

Just in case you need an outside, objective viewpoint, running 350 weekly for a cruise in your situation is batshit insane.

Drop it to 100.

Now.

Keep doing cardio, indeed, increase it.

Clean up your diet.
