What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Man I'm punchy. I was up and down all night smoking that brisket.
The 13.5 lb brisket went in at 6:00 pm with an Internal temp of 47°f. Smoked at 250°f. It was sprayed with vinegar water every 2 hours and mesquite wood chips were added to the smoker boxes. It came out at 5:00 am with an internal temp of 203° f. We ate after the shoot and there was maybe 1 lb left. Very good day!!! I'm going to bed. Peace.

My girl who is a fantastic cook and meal prepper and baker surprised me with a homemade apple pie. The day before it was scones, oatmeal raisin cookies and oatmeal cranberry walnut cookies.
