@OdieM how many servings a day do you drink of those eggwhites? Also how many servings do you get in one of the bigger jugs an how long will one of those last you? I need to seriously look into it more an invest in some. I would just like to have a little more insight on it coming from someone who actually uses on a day to day basis bro![]()
So let me ask you this. Does your body still use most of the protein from a COOKED egg or does that only apply to eggwhites only?I buy 2 gallons at a time and that last me 1 month. I drink 1 cup a day unless I'm bulking, then i drink more. 1 gallon last 16 days at a cup a day.
I have mentioned this many times already but I custom make my protein powder too. Its 50% Egg whites powder and 50% beef powder. Im all about my egg whites and my gf hates me for it. lol
Also i wake up every morning and eat 4 whole eggs.
Damn i take in a lot of fucking eggs. lol

Haha well looks like im off to eat some eggs. I buy mine from walmart. I like getting the box that has 5 dozen. I eat a lot of eggs to. Eggs an chicken lol. I swear im going to turn into the incredible edible egg before its all said an done lolI'm not gonna BS you bud. I read an article years ago stating that an egg is an egg. It has the same nutrition properties whether its cooked or uncooked. But then I read something where CBS had interesting facts saying something different. Ill have to look. I think BB.com had the article I read
Sorry OdieM had to jack with you. You been catching so much shit on the other thread from your stalker I didn't want you feeling lost.
In a similar situation, supposedly the microwave takes out all nutrients as well. Has anyone seen anything on that?
Thanks for researching it bro. Ya I always figured that cooking them takes away from atleast some of the nutritional value. Looks like I need to get some of those pasteurized egg whites an start chuggalugin them down lol.@Skull So I'm stuck at the office today and on days like this i fill my brain for 7 hours. Found something interesting about the way your body processes eggs. According to this you get the most protein from a pasteurized egg. When its cooked your cooking out the proteins and when its raw your taking a health risk and your body won't digest all the egg. So pasteurized is the best way to absorb an egg.

Would hard boiled eggs be considered "cooked"? It would seem so, but everything is contained within the shell when hard boiled, so it makes me wonder...my wife boils up a shit ton of eggs every week so I can eat a few in the mornings before work. She's so kind...dawwwwww
As far as cooking anything goes I believe anytime you put any kind of heat to food you are taking away from the nutrition it has.
I wouldn't complain eitherThat's what I figured...I'm not gonna complain to the chef tho!
A microwave zapping the fat and or protein content? I don't buy it.
