That’s one of my worst pet-peeves in training...when the weights actually move, but it feels like shit. Idk why, but for me that ruins a session.the weights moved but my left hip was hurting.
Watching people’s DL numbers going up always give me a tinge of excitement...and makes me wanna stop cutting, carb load and go pull some shit lol. ...soon, soon.Bw:224.5

Starting to feel beat up on bench. I guess I need to take it down a notch. Made some big jumps and missed my top rep. 315x3 is still a PR though. I’ll take it. Got to bed later than I wanted and blood pressure hasn’t been great. Still waiting on meds. No doubt that I’m in a prep ,lol
Was discussing this with my coach the other day. Bench is kinda funky with me. I’ve been making solid progress with the rep work and the singles have been trash. When singles move good the rep work doesn’t. Based on the 5’s I’d say open at 319, go 330-341 2nd and 352-363 3rd. I still have a few more weeks to gauge and sort it out.That's a solid PR
