What's your leg press?

I normally hit 800 plus sled for 8. Last year I was hitting 1,000 for 3 sets of 12. I have just started a new routine using escalating deescalating weight. Starting at 200 lbs and increasing 100 lbs per 10 reps no breaks up to 600 lbs then back down to 200 then back up to 600 again and back down to 200 to finish off. It's brutal but your quad and ham activation are insane.

Around 1450 for 12x3. Can go heavier but there's not really enough plates in the gym to do so without being selfish.

Depends on the leg press, but I been doing 7 plates for 20 reps after pre exhausting quads with leg ext. Cybex leg press

I have switched it up to going very slow pos and neg. It kills. Putting feet close together about 6 inches apart, and on the bottom of the footplate. Doing 500 for 5 seconds up and down, for 12. I got in the 7's for 12.

That's EXACTLY how I've been doing it.... Try doing 5 slow like that, then 5 medium speed, 5 slow, 5 medium (20 rep set), GUARANTEED to light you up!
