What's your bf% when bulking ?

So I had a goal too try hit 240-250p Usually walking around at 225-230 unless cutting. This go round I ate everything and anything and have reached 242p before I go to bed . Unfortunately I'm a bulked fat fuck bf 25% :oops: Looking forward to leaning out. There goes my passion for dairy :(
 
Ill easily hover around 20 during a "hard" bulk. But im not too worried about aestethics so it never really bothered me. Even before PLing. Now I care even less, but still wont go above 20 if possible. (Right now im hovering around 16-17)
 
Wasn't trying to be harsh either. Figuring out what works and what doesn't for u is all part of the game/fun. just try to stay as lean as possible while bulking. Depending on your goals ofcorse also

All good man, I don't get offended at honesty. Lol I let my diet go for once in almost 5 yrs. Damn it tasted good to eat everything. Until the fat catches up :oops: May hit the clen now to jump start.

Haha it sure does. I was at 23% 5 months ago. Let myself go cause I couldn't workout. Sure could go for a western bacon cheeseburger..maybe next winter
 
For a proper bulk, you dont need to go as low as 10% IMO. I think hovering around 14-16% would be good. Wont look at grainy but still have the definition and size. Good luck getting to your goal OP
