What're your ideal stats

My physique changes alot (mesomorph) depending on my lifestyle every six months and I've had alot of injuries...
Ideal on the regular off season weight lifting but not training for comp:
5'10
185
10%
(If I'm surfing ALOT and not consistent progressive overload strength training and diet..more like 175 at 12%..not ideal..just reality lol)
Competition weight:
(Light Heavyweight)(Dont want to break 200 at less than 10% I dont like how I look..I prefer physique)
190-195
4-6%
 
Haven’t been under a caliper or scanner in over a year probably but I’m currently sitting at 5’10” 225lbs and probably 11-13% (rough estimate) bf with most being left in my midsection (abs visible but could be much leaner). I’d be happy af if I could run around like Calum in his best shape lol.
