Weighted pull-ups with 60kg for reps
Squats with 180kg for reps

I think that is like Josef Rakich, but I am not interested in that leanness, this guy here is about 8%, that is crazy to maintain.

220 seems huge for that height. I was 205 for a bit and for me it was bigger than I wanted. I like a lean 190 or so personally.

It's either 220lbs or 198lbs as far as weight classes go and my bench sucks at 198lbs. 220lbs is definitely bigger than I like, but filling out the weight class is ideal if possible. Each time I get up there I'm a little leaner and then cut back to a more reasonable weight after.

That's a nice physique, I like it. I wonder how his legs are though. If he's just 188 at 5'11 with that upper body Id imagine his legs might be a little weak.
 
Just got back from a dexa scan. “Official” stats are
5’7
203lbs
173lbs is lean muscle the rest is fat and bone.
12% BF
1.5 is visceral fat. That number should be under 1 but stress and cortisol play a big part in that so I need to work on that. No current pics but definitely get some serious vascularity. Always have but it’s getting more pronounced. My ideal numbers would be 205-208lbs and 10% BF. That’s a good look for me.

Yes the 2015 version. I’ve been following him for a long time because a few people have told me I look like him, back in the day now he’s blown up way beyond what I’d ever want to get to.

Hes probably about 20-25 lbs more muscle tissue now. Not too blown up, but definitely losing some of his lines right now.
