What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

Hmmmm...Ill have to look for a ramen place in my area.
I enjoy them. For years I usually just get the usual hamburgers or steaks when I went out. Decided to try something different and it was a ramen place. The handful of ramen joints I've been to I've really enjoyed the food.
 
I start the day with two pieces of sourdough toast, 4 burford brown eggs yolk and all (if you're from the uk try these eggs game changer) 2 pieces of crushed up bacon low and slow so the fat renders nicely, avocado some chilli flakes and everything but the bagel seasoning
in the vitamix goes kale, apple, lemon, ginger, frozen pineapple, frozen mango, and a scoop of protein

chicken thighs marinated in yoghurt and seasonings put onto a skewer and then cooked on charcoal on the weber chop this up and put it on stuff like, taco bowls with rice, cilantro, lime, tomatoes, cucumber red onions, or have it on a wrap with some peri mayo and a greek salad

il have a steak meal depending on what I can get, flank or bavette il make fajitas, peppers, onions garlic, with a greek salad
ribeye or sirloin il reverse sear it have it with some sweet potato and greens broccoli asparagus etc
if I get chuck il braise it in some sort of stewing liquid until its tender and have it with some mash potato and veg
if its ground beef I put it with some seasonings and then put it on a skewer over the charcoal with some greek salad and pitta break with a taziki sauce


use the ninja creami for final meal with protein usually casein before bed and some low cal mix ins
