What R U Eating ? ~OGH wants to know.....

1000 cal meal (pretty much on the dot, give or take 50kcal), minus the ice cream.

Homemade fries, low cal sauce
Minestrone Soup
Shakshuka (eggs/tomato/spinach/veggues)

15mg reta + 4mg cagri and I demolish this and still have room for a halo/ninja creami

Another 1000 calorie meal

- Mexican rice (taste heavenly)

- 5 packs of skinny pasta, 35oz total, with some veggiest and pizza sauce. I underestimated the amount of pasta thus not enough sauce and forgot the fat free mozzarella.

- 1lbs of fries

Are those ninjas really worth it? I usually make fluff out of dreamwhip, protien powder, and peanut butter powder. Im eyeballing the ninja thing but not sure how much use Id get for the price.

I used to have fluff, after the creami. I felt like I was eating homeless dirt flavored fluff topped with elephant feces.

Tbh u can get a ninja creami off of FB Marketplace for like $100 and there is some snags under $100 if u can find some legit ones.

So many new and improved models that the old ones that do 99% of the same thing are cheap and worst case u just spent $100 on smth you can experiment with for eternity.

But you can rly get ice cream like shit done, for low and high calories. Like if calories aren't a concern u can make any gelato/ben and jerry's/Nutella/Ferrero Rocher flavor u want.

It's basically a ice cream machine without the hassle of a pure churn ice cream machine and easy to use, low maintenance and takes 5mins to prep.

You are the one who basically dictate how good the flavor based on ur ingredients, protein powder, calorie limit, etc...

Ill check out marketplace...cheap appeals to my wallet a lot!
Fr, all my electronics, pc, appliances all came from FB with receipts and like new conditions.

I literally never buy smth that’s $50-100+, new anymore. Except for trimmers (I ain’t rolling the dice on that one)

I got one on eBay for around $100

It's cool and I can see why people really like it, but the machine itself is really big and not very pretty

And you can put as much protein powder or whatever in Jello pudding and it tastes just as good for waaay cheaper

Size and noise: yes not ideal but worth the taste imo.

Quick fix: throw it in a cupboard and close it, solved the space and noise.

When you use fairelife milk as a base u get like 20g protein out of the gate. Thus u can just fuck around with any ingredients. For example I used to melt ferrero rocher and some nutella spread.

Also if u find a great protein powder, for example ryse, holy shit, what a game changer for taste in terms of macros.
