Chicken breast with the McCormack brown sugar bourbon marinade. I also added some cayenne and crushed red peppers. This is the first time I tried that marinade and I have to say, I’m impressed.

Who says you gotta spend hundreds of dollars on a weight sled ? Improvise !! I got this heavy-duty parts cart for free and started stacking foundation blocks on it . Works ya just like the fancy sleds do...

Back in my early 30"s I pushed a cart just like this for 2 yrs at a huge machine shop as their main parts expediter . But it was never loaded this much , Im gonna pick-up a few more blocks for the future....Ive tryed it as a warm-up for squats/deadlifts and after . I think I like it better after the leg routine , we will see....
