Its just 500-600 test-c . Still thinking about 10-12 weeks of test-c with 5-6 weeks 50mg/d tren ace at the end . My doctors gonna hate when he sees how big Ive got , I know it .
Oh well I gotta go for it while I still can . I hate regrets .

Its been a hell of a winter here on the coast , and it aint close to being over. Ive got to replace all that green privacy skirting you see behind the Powerhouse Gym and repaint all the weights and everything . Still have down trees all over the place . Im giving the firewood away at $50 a sm cord .

I have no choice on the cooking Melly.... my wife can fix ice water.
It is all good though, she makes sure I eat healthy by getting the groceries.
One day Melly when I am old i will open a food truck or something.

Yea nice job Sean ! I used to do glazed and blackened salmon when I cooked publicly but at home I just usually bake it or use a white sauce on top . Another masterpiece !
