Skull I think theres 2 kinds of successfull BBers , those that had great genetics and those that didnt but kept stubbornly working out , year after year . Im probably the latter .
5 years is nothing , it swooshes by in a blink , if youve been hitting the iron hard and eating good , with a lil AAS sprinkled in , you should be a sight . Here I was about 3 years ago (remember ? lol) , I look much bigger now...oregongearhead-albums-pic-picture1162-photo.JPG

Agreed!!! This for me and most of you here, is a lifetime thing NOT a five year hobby. And to achieve the body you desire you must love the journey. The ups the downs the pains and the gains, i love it all cause this is my lifestyle.

Anybody tried this kind of milk?

It tastes better than regular milk to me. Cleaner. It's ultra filtered, whatever that is, more protein, less carbs. The downside is it costs over twice as much as regular milk.
I tried the chocolate..the entire half gallon went down smooth with the sushi I was eating..

I love it!!! Can't stop buying it, but I gotta....its farging expensive!!! Almost killing 2 ED bc its been on sale at Krogers...$3 ea. Its always $6 for two at Sam's...only chocolate, which has the same stats as regular milk. BUT, $150 per month for milk is ridiculous!!

I've tried it. It does taste pretty good. But it's just not worth the cost for me right now.

I buy fairlife all the time. I always keep a bottle of chocolate and just some regular milk in the fridge at work. Chocolate is pretty good. Never tried their white

Yeah, too steep for me, too. My girl's mom had some a few months back and I loved it. The generic version isn't bad, still too expensive even when on sale though. I've bought it a couple times and taken it to work since I only have one glass with my lunch. Cheaper to just drink more regular milk. Man, that Fairlife is good though.

Kroger has killer sales on half gallons of regular milk here. I've gotten it as low as $0.39 per jug when it's close to its date. I drink a half gallon or more a day, so it never goes bad at my house.
