Ghost Legend, Ghost Greens, Ghost clear protein, fiber powder, collagen powder, creatine powder in a shake before. It's not that I'm especially loyal to Ghost but their stuff tastes good and there are steep discounts on subscriptions and they have loyalty points and I consume a lot of powders.
Inject a bit of L-carnitine and if I'm dragging, a mix that has some albuterol in it.
Then hit the gym for two hours five days a week. Four leg days a week. One upper body day; that's my easy day (today!!), and I'll do some posing practice between sets and after the workout. I'm the chick working out in the 5" heels at the gym LOL.
Water with LMNT during. More water after, and a meal. Right now no more carbs since I'm in the final stages of prep, so it's a couple of eggs, some fats, a pile of supplements, morning medications, and it's off to the desk races.
