What do you guys eat/take for pre, intra and post workout

I work out first thing in the morning. Have a bit of cream of rice cereal for carbs. Ghost Legend, Ghost Greens, Ghost clear protein, fiber powder, collagen powder, creatine powder in a shake before. It's not that I'm especially loyal to Ghost but their stuff tastes good and there are steep discounts on subscriptions and they have loyalty points and I consume a lot of powders.

Inject a bit of L-carnitine and if I'm dragging, a mix that has some albuterol in it.

Then hit the gym for two hours five days a week. Four leg days a week. One upper body day; that's my easy day (today!!), and I'll do some posing practice between sets and after the workout. I'm the chick working out in the 5" heels at the gym LOL.

Water with LMNT during. More water after, and a meal. Right now no more carbs since I'm in the final stages of prep, so it's a couple of eggs, some fats, a pile of supplements, morning medications, and it's off to the desk races.

Preworkout meal 50 G protein, 100 g carbs from rice

Preworkout supplement - bounce around from brand to brand.

Intra - 5 to 10 grams of glutamine and creatine, 25-40 g carbs, EAAs

Post workout - rapidly digesting protein and carbs - whey isolate with (poured over) Rice Krispies cereal. 50 G protein, 75-100 g carbs.

As you said you were a beginner I purposely left out any preworkout drugs. They can be fun but they are not necessary unless your are deep into a diet / contest prep. Still guys use them and that’s fine. It’s not anything a beginner should be concerned with.

Been on Raw Essential pre for the better part of the last year; it’s kind of impossible to beat the price, as far as Pwo’s go, ($30, 60 servings at Sam’s/Costco) and I try to stick to natural caffeine as much as possible over anhydrous.

Add 3g citrulline, and 10g creatine(20g daily)

30g intra workout dextrose

Pre meal is 150g cream of rice, 100g banana, 30g nut butter, 40g whey isolate.
