What did you inject today?

I had my Dad taking it and when he went to 1mg he had a massive BP drop. That kept me at the 1mg inwas taking.

Ill titrate up, 1mg isnt really helping much.
That’s pretty strange. I’ve never heard of that , could be some underlying problem and just coincidental. Something to monitor closely though.

I stopped at 1mg because my dad had a massive blood pressure drop hours after his 2nd .5mg pin of the day. Dangerously low in fact. Granted hes on BP meds. Anecdotally it can lower blood pressure. So that made me stop there.

Im gonna try going to 2mg today. We shall see
I’d like to see the literature that says that BPC157 lowers your blood pressure,

No literature that im aware of. Its anecdotal only. And it isnt common either. He was 66 when it happened too. I went over when it happened to test my blood pressure on his machine when it happened. There are other things that more than likely contributed to it as well.

You can look it up. Thats how I found out it was a possibility

"BPC-157 appears to:
• Increase nitric oxide signaling
• Improve endothelial function
• Promote vasodilation
• Modulate the autonomic nervous system
That combination can reduce vascular resistance → lower blood pressure."

Damn that first article was a lonnnng read , alot of information to cross reference, but very interesting

I get this one quite often. Here is something I do that helps:

Wrap the top of the elbow joint with knee wraps or something similar to constrict blood flow. Pump the arm by opening closing the hand or flexing the elbow until you get a painful pump. Take off the wrap and rest for a bit before repeating.

The idea is the elbow doesn't get much blood flow so it heals slowly.

they call it voodoo flossing
it's quite similar to ART (active release technique)
