Test/primo/npp are all daily, the glutathione is 3X a week , the l carnitine is a couple times a week and the TNE is preworkout before legs. That shit has so much guiacol in it, I’ll taste it for like an hour after the shot so that’s always fun !

Not really.
No itchy nipples. No water.

But I am also on tirzepatide. And I think that this counters a lot of water retention. Just my guess.

The tne is only 2 times
Per week max.
Only real issue is sleep quality. This went down with the ment. Just like with tren. Sleep good for 4 hours and then awake every half hour. Friday is cruise starting.
Hopefully better sleep then.

rn 1-2 per week. im brown enough so this should in theory keep me tanned.
honestly im not fan of tanning beds so i hope i wont need to go there often
