In the case of enanthate, I think it’s unnecessary and meaningless to check levels 24 hours after the injection, especially with GSO oil, because then you just get a very high peak value that doesn’t reflect a steady, relatively stable level.
I always went for blood work 36, or preferably around 40 hours later, right before the next injection. That way, you get reliable and meaningful information.

Drop this nonsense about injecting 4 ml before a blood test. I’ve never needed anywhere near 1000 mg of testosterone in a single week in my life to make faster progress — let alone injecting that amount in one day.
