What are/where your bodybuilding goals?

Absolutely correct. I still remember my favorite NES game Contra, and I had a Contra poster in my bedroom. They totally ripped off Arnold because one of the 2 characters looked just like him.

So I automatically associated Contra with the Predator, and this was long after playing with roided out looking He-man toys. Other kids were into GI Joe, but I remember actually looking at GI Joe thinking "wtf, these guys look more normal than He-man, that ain't cool"

I still have a standup arcade machine with Contra on it my dad bought me when I was little. Still works besides a little discoloration of the screen. I've come close to a perfect game a few times. Losing one life on a solo game is my best. The snow level and the flame level are brutal, usually one of them that gets me.
 
I'm trying to build a body that can squat 600+, bench 400+, and deadlift 700+ at a bodyweight of 220lbs or less.

That’s going to be a solid build. Loved Contra, played that in arcades all through growing up.
 
i began at 130lbs mind you i was 13, I'm now 230lb with 8-10% fat. wow i didn't realize unto now i have put 100 lbs on . i have been enhanced for now 1.5 years. only with basics gear i think i can't wait until i use gh and slin

You’ll be at your goal in now time, you’re already classic size if your in the 6’ range.
 
You and me both brotha. I’m sitting at 200 @ 11-12% starting my cycle. Let’s get there!

Ya, I’m at 195lbs at 9-10%. I’m finishing up this cut the next 4 weeks so I’ll probably end up at 190 8%. So if I come in even at 205 next year I’d be happy. But 210 is my goal. I was at 182 last year, but I’ve definitely improved my dieting and training over the year.
 
how about you @StillMind ? how are you now? what are you after

I have a really large bone structure to fill in. I’m 6’2, large ribcage, long arms, long legs and wide shoulders. My current goal is to fill in as much as possible while maintain a classic physique.

Long term goals is a mix of Schwarzenegger and Von Moger.

I’m figuring a few Deca/Dbol cycles and then Primo should get me in the neighborhood.

Aiming for the same measurements.

Chest 57” currently 47”
Arms 22” currently 16”
Waist 34” currently 33”
Legs 28-29” currently 25”

It’s tough balancing the muscle gain with the low body fat. Your 190 is going to be aesthetic as fuck.
 
Really great stuff! I think if I had been this height that's what I will want haha but for me the equivalency will result too small
 
Ya, when I’m bulking I’m sitting around 220 at 13-14%. The biggest thing now is learning to preserve the muscle efficiently when I cut.

Keep the weight heavy while in a slight caloric deficit. Mix that with some cutting anabolics and you have your recipe for a cut with muscle retention. So I’ve read ofcourse.
