Test/EQ/Mast/Tbol advice

Goal is to increase athletic ability and overall fitness while maintaining higher muscle mass.
Im 25 and 11.4%, would be 5th cycle first time using TBol and Mast.
I have Test suspension on hand and was considering using that for a few events/training sessions. Also have 1 vial of Test/Mast P so wanted to finish on that for short transition into PCT.

Turinabol (50 mg daily) Weeks 1 - 4
Testosterone E(500mg weekly) Weeks 1 -12
Equipoise (boldenone) (800 mg weekly) Weeks 1-12
Masteron (600mg weekly) (for increased aggression and "oomf") Weeks 1-12
Test P Weeks 12-14 (pinning 100mg EOD)
Mast P Weeks 12-14 (pinning 100mg EOD)
arimidex 0.5 mg E3D

Thoughts and recommendations ? I was also going to Frontload Test E for the first week, what are some thoughts on my plan?
 
That is a significant amount of gear man...why? Almost 2g for 12 weeks, and the long ester test and mast will hang around WELL past your 2 weeks of short ester..

As stated above, 12 weeks is fairly short for EQ but not terrible.

What’s your weight and height?

Any time i see “athletic performance” and a substantial stack I have to ask why. This seems like a lot for your stated goal...
 
The EQ at 800mg will be lingering well past the 2 weeks of propionate esters.

It’ll take about 6 weeks to get to around 100mg of active compound after your last EQ dose...
 
why run at such a longer period? I've run it for 12 weeks at 700/600mg and both i felt as i good a lot of benefits from it.

i was following a PCT from dr dean smart, dropping the longer esters earlier then start PCT about 2 weeks after the props ( which is 5xhalf lives)

more stats im 177cm and 83kg

TBOL: I think you should be running TBol for 8 weeks. At 4 weeks you’ve just began to reap the benefits; so why run it just to cut it short? 8 weeks or don’t bother stressing your liver unnecessarily.

Test: If you’re looking to avoid bloat, I’d keep the test low and let the principal compounds accomplish what you have them in the ingredients list for in the first place. That said, I’d drop the test down to 250.

EQ: if you’re including this in your stack it’s probably because you anticipate an increase in red blood count, which you hope would benefit you with increased oxygen availability to muscles, and therefore more stamina? In my humble opinion, as I have high blood pressure, I tend to stay away for EQ or Deca..but if I had to use it, it would be more so for the collagen synthesis benefits. I find that at just 300mg/week my knees feel much better lubricanted and heavy squats are much better tolerated.

Mast: can’t really wrong with good ol Mast. Just be mindful of aggression and a constant need to fuck. It can be a fucking pain in the ass in that way. I’m by no means saying it will having you bouncing honry off the walls like Tren, but it will have you preoccupied with sex, and again, aggression, not just under the weights.

Adex: it’s good to have on hand in anticipation of sides, for which I presume you already have baseline E2 levels to compare as you pull additional bloods mid cycle, right??;)

Other that that, eat cleal, drink water like it’s about to be no more if it available, and sleep harder than your train!

Lastly, I think you can actually go cleaner with your food choices, there are some items you consume have a lot of preservatives in them, namely salt, which will contribute to boost..I’d mitigate sodium and not your greens as you have done. My final 2 cents.

i'll extend my tbol to 8 weeks, drop test/EQ dosage and run for 16 weeks
then no test prop or mast p

Exactly, over 2g of gear? Why? These cycles lately are nuts.
