Ai advice on 250 Test E a week

Hey guys,
(M25 - 87 kg, 13% BF) I've been on 250 mg of Test E a week (first cycle) while injecting daily and feel none of the psychological benefits that I very much looked forward to.
Its been 5 weeks already and I do feel the strength and muscle mass increase but no increase in libido, drive or confidence. I was on 0.25 mg EOD of arimidex but I felt dry joints, very hungry and as mentioned, no psychological benefits, tho no erection problems.
Because I believed my e2 was low I discontinued it and did labs 4 days after stopping the arimidex.
My labs before the cycle were 24 nmol/L of testosterone and <10 pg/ml of e2
What dose of an AI should I use now? (Btw I can use both arimidex and aromasin)
Is it too early for the mental benefits, is it too low of a dose for them or is it an e2 issue?

I would say take a lower dosage of any AI you’re using I say this because 250 test is really not a very large amount and won’t affect your estrogen much. For which one to use, go a week on each of the ones you have, and see which one you see better results in and stick with that one.

My question to you is why are you using the AI in the first place? Did you immediately add it in when starting the cycle or was it added it from feeling like you had high E2 side effects?

Also I feel like im reading your latest labs incorrectly that says your serum estradiol is 74?

I would say your estrogen load is high in comparison to your Androgen load. An AI can help remedy this but you won't need much. .25 Adex, or 12.5 Aro. Twice weekly more than likely, but reconfirm with labs. Your absent any other sides? Don't get caught up in E2 being the enemy. Balance will be the key and figuring yours out will be individual. If you're confirmed good on your other labs check the thread for lab work and identify which lab offers the best price for ala carte E testing.

You mention daily dosing and if all things the same, timing, dose. Then you may hyper aromatize.

For context I personally can inject 1g T weekly and not break 80. For me that estrogen equivalent to androgen makes me feel great. If I incorporate other compounds depending on what they are, I have to supplement with E/cyp.

Trust me when I tell you it's far better to aromatize rapidly, take a pill and remedy then the other.

my libido and general "unga bunga" feeling related to sex is directly proportional to my e2.

high e2 means high libido for me. granted im leaning heavily on test prop for half of my total test load, and i do daily injections. idk if this has any direct effect on dht conversion or whatever pathway is increasing libido with androgen load, but it works that way for me.

i do also notice that the days i take my ai when i need it, i lose like half of my drive. its still there but very blunted for about 24-36 hours
