Hey everyone,

Glad to be here. I’ve been training consistently for over 12 years, currently 31 years old, 174 cm, sitting around 76–77 kg at ~9% body fat. My focus is long-term physique development with health in mind — lean mass retention, conditioning, metabolic health and longevity.

I track my nutrition, blood glucose, blood pressure and body composition regularly. I’m currently experimenting with structured GH timing and performance optimization, trying to stay as evidence-based and rational as possible.

Not here for shortcuts — more interested in understanding mechanisms, risk management and intelligent application.
