That is not the case since we stopped taking new orders until all outstanding orders have gone out. We're down an employee due to personal reasons which is why communication is slow.

The rest of us are working hard in the lab to get our items restocked, keeping all the same quality checks. We are deeply sorry about the delays. However, some things are out of our control. (Delayed raw shipments and personal matters.) I'll give another update later today when all packages have gone out.

How about making it a point to keep communication going on a daily basis. Feel free to bounce when you aren’t holding people’s fucking money. It takes all of 5 minutes to drop in once a day and give an update.

I have been very happy with orders for sure but seeing no communication gets the guard up quick.

I would like to see a glorious future for @Sasquatch Labs. All he needs to do is be steady here as in at least a few daily posts.

If the lab is down for a week or two it's still your thread squatch, you are still welcomed and encouraged to post daily.

Everyone should stop ordering before he really bounces. Was almost two weeks before he responded on here? Next time people will say

“ don’t worry guys.. sometimes he is gone for 2-3 week but packs arrive. Then 6-8 weeks later people will say I got fucked.. and all during that time he will collect your cash.

Maybe you can check to see how long people were having to wait for responses to emails too and look how long he originally went missing for BEFORE this last event.

No your mistake on top of everything else, was not coming and communicating to people. Just because you closed shop and not taking orders, does not mean you can’t log in ONCE per day and talk to people and address concerns.

Basically, your saying we closed and your paying customers time mean nothing to you. What would it have taken? Maybe 5-10 minutes once per day? Too busy for your customers?
