This is what i've been doing... I used to do it all before bed, but felt lethargic as shit in the AM for some reason.Lowest levels of endogenous gh are between the hours of awakening and late afternoon. Therefore, If I were to split a 12 iu dose it would be:
1.) As soon as I awoke
2.) Between 11-12 pm (lunch time), little carbs in that meal.
3.) Pre workout
