Yea not sure why I thought that eitherWasn't talking about squats i came in talking deadlifts lol
But my squats about 5 plates for 7 reps or so, i try not to max out anymore, weights catching up to me already and i'm only 25 hahaha

Dont be I am opposite they are both small lolI'm jealous of you guys that squat almost as much as you deadlift. I can pull 700lbs and struggle with squatting 500lbs.

I failed right after breaking the ground with a deadlift bar on 600lbs.
Posted 405lbs× 6 in hopes of getting some feedback on my form. I can see my back rounds out and I'm not driving with my legs. Anyone have suggestions?
