Well I have just been lurking waiting for all the entertaining responses.I wonder how many damn carbs one would have to eat to get 500g pro in a day with a vegan lifestyle?
Let alone the 7000cals one would need to grow properly in a diet that is full of incomplete proteins

Pretty sure I'm the only current vegan on the board. Oh let's get this out of the way, I FUCKING LOVE STEROIDS!

Now as far as getting 500g of protein.
I would probably have to consume 4500 cals a day. Right now I'm at 3700 cals a day and getting 325g protein.
Myself only being 5'9 183lbs it would be completely unnecessary to consume 7000 cals a day. Not sure where that random number came from.

You are completely misinformed about vegans getting complete proteins in there diet, you need to do more research. Complex amino acids and proper nitrogen balance are just as important as consuming complete proteins for adding size and strength. Something the vegetable world has no shortage of.
