Powerlifting and muscle building

If u got 675 700 is defiantly there. I’m going to try the glute bridges. With bands that’s genius. I been doing trx for hams and glutes adding in band resistance and gravity weight seems a logical progression.

Yeah, I set it up in the half squat rack. Like run the bands across and lie on one mat and fold another mat in my lap and then roll the dumbbell up into position on the mat with the bands running under. Then do sets of 30. Kind of imagine locking a deadlift out each rep and really focus on glute activation.

I go to a pretty basic commercial gym, only one in my town. Gotta get creative without access to much good equipment.

I hear u on creative. I make good use of the equipment I have at home. Before I got my reverse hyper I had a table with bands to do hypers. I do inverse curls with my knees on a piece of foam padding and heels on bar banded to rack.

The 600$ HNPD from Titan has held up great for a year now. I saw reviews that compare it to Rogues high end model. The pad and cover are the only cheap feeling part. It works like the belt pendulum versions at Westside. Feels other than pad and cover exactly the same.
