Did they say that somewhere specific? In an email to you? Can you post it?
In an admin message, after informing them when payment for the order can and will be made (as I usually do, trying to be respectful, informative, etc.).

Please note that if the order is not paid before the end of the promotion, the system will automatically delete it.

I can't imagine I'll be the only customer caught short here.

Well, I apologize. I didn't quite understand this at first.

It isn't standard business practice to change the terms after a customer initiates the purchase. That's bad juju @Pharmacom Support

I'm sure they were already changed - they simply failed to communicate the change appropriately.

Reading this thread, I must presume the overwhelming majority of Pharmacom customers aren't hoarding cryptocurrencies, but instead buy expressly for Pharmacom orders on a per order basis, so again I'm sure I won't be the only buyer with this issue.

Hopefully there's an easy solution.

When does the BF promotion end?

I have bought $560 of BTC, but the exchange will not send it until Monday or Tuesday because of the laws in my country.

If unpaid, I am being told that my order will be deleted at the end of the promotion, so I've bought the BTC for nothing?

That's horrendous customer service, if true.

Not the cart. The order, which historically has stayed open long enough for me to buy and receive the necessary BTC.

If you're going to respond, at least read the post and understand the problem.

I have spent a not-insignificant amount of money on the promise of an order that may now be deleted. Importantly, at the point-of-sale I was not warned of a change to normal behaviour, and only informed after paying for the BTC.

This is clearly a customer service failure, and completely unacceptable.
Orders without payment are automatically deleted so that other people can buy the products. If you send money with a delay when the order has already been deleted, the money will be credited to your account balance and you will be able to make a new order by paying it from your balance.
I should've planned for an EU promotion that was announced days after promotions in other regions started, by buying a cryptocurrency for which I otherwise have no use, because I anticipated a very sudden change in normal sales behaviour?

I disagree in the strongest terms, Nostradamus.

I appreciate that unpaid orders can be abused, and they must protect themselves, but unexpectedly reducing the time they're usually kept open (because of a promotion) is going to cause problems for more people than just me.

Yes. The time the order is being kept open has been changed and tied to the end of the promotion.

If I had the usual time, there would be no issue at all.

So your argument, now, is that there was never a fixed time to pay, or ... ?

I'll be honest: your slighted ego, unable to admit error, and inability to see the problem I'm describing, is not very interesting.

I wish you all the best. <3

I'm sorry to hear that, I understand that you're upset, and I'll try to explain how the promotion works. A promotion is a price reduction for a short period of time, when you place an order - the product is booked for you and cannot be bought by another customer, so we give you a limited amount of time to pay. If the promotion is over, prices rise again and you cannot order the product at a reduced price, this is the meaning of the promotion, low prices are valid only for a limited time. But don't worry, if you send the money with a delay, you won't lose it, it will be credited to your account balance and you can place another order by paying it from your balance.

Its pretty common for your cart to empty after 24 hours to open that inventory to someone else. People put stuff in their carts and just leave it all the time. The company shouldn’t have to take a loss because of unfulfilled sales. I don’t think this is a customer service anomaly. I hope you are able to get your items though.
I read it and this is totally normal. This is a planning issue on you. Not the company. Not paying is the same thing as having it in your cart. You could easily not pay and again that inventory in the software is trapped by your personal issue. Your bitcoin isn’t going anywhere. Now you have bitcoin in your wallet for future use. See how planning works?
Every btc themed type black market order I have ever made has a time limit from the time I place the order to the time the btc must be received by the seller. This is not new nor is it unreasonable.
"If you do not submit payment details for your order, we will not know that you paid and your order will be automatically removed by our system 5 days after you placed it."

That is their long standing payment rule. Are you saying it is different in your case now?
Thank you for your understanding and for writing about it, you're right, many stores only give one day to pay, if you don't pay in a day, another person can buy these products. We understand that payment can be difficult, so we give more time, but if the customer does not pay for the order, it is automatically deleted after a while so that another person can buy the products.

If this is not done, one person can create any number of orders during the promotion and not pay for them, and other people will not be able to buy anything because the products will be booked and awaiting payment.

Where does this state, in a change to normal behaviour, orders will be deleted at the end of the promotion? Where does it even specify the end date of the promotion?

Customers, like me, expecting orders to stay open the normal length of time, will be buying cryptocurrency then discovering their orders have been unexpectedly deleted -- and you have taken no appropriate steps to warn them. Through no fault of my own, I'm now $600 poorer and without the items I thought I was buying.

Your response to this problem is not adequate.

Yes Pharmacom,

Your webpage clearly states ""If you do not submit payment details for your order, we will not know that you paid and your order will be automatically removed by our system 5 days after you placed it."

Nowhere does it state - including on your sale page announcement - that the terms of the sale changes your standard payment and notification conditions.

This customer is following the terms you have posted - and you have changed them without notice.

Hey there!
No conditions have been changed. Orders with the status “waiting for payment” are automatically deleted by our system on the website 5 days after they are placed.
The promotion will last until the end of Monday.
So, for example, an order placed today (before the end of the promotion) has the usual five days to make payment, and the message I received from a site administrator is incorrect?

Very confusing. And/or very poorly worded.

Thanks so much for clearing things up. <3

I don’t know why this is so confusing.

It states the order will be deleted in 5 days . If not paid.

It does not state you have 5 days to pay on a promotion.

No where does it say you can order on the last day of a sale and you have a 5 day grace period to pay for your shit 5 days after the sale ends .

If the order is not paid in 5 days . The system cancels the order because obviously you are not ordering the stuff in your order and they automatically put the shit aside for your order. And if other people want to order shit that they might be holding for you and you aren’t paying for , they release it so others can actually buy it .

This company is outstanding with customer service and shipping and quality .

Which one is it? Is it pay 5 days after the order? Or is it delete order the second the promotion ends? Because if you have 5 days to pay after the order then one most certainly can order the last day of the sale and pay 5 days later.

It's confusing because even what you are saying is not logically consistent.

for a promotion where people are mass ordering especially with the raw situation I don’t think they hold the order for 5 days .

I would think that different rules apply for promotions

Awesome - you would think they would state that then?

Or they could say this:
Screenshot from 2025-11-30 19-08-55.webp

After you order....which would be something along the lines of...changing the terms without telling you ahead of time.

But then this guy says this:
Screenshot from 2025-11-30 19-20-40.webp

Which makes things just as confusing as your post.

Which one is it? No conditions changed - 5 days to pay? Or order deleted at the end of the sale?

Inquiring minds want to know.
