How-To Contact Basicstero Customer Support

Now you can contact Basicstero’s customer support directly via an internal messenger in your Basicstero account instead of filling out a form on the “Contact Us” page.

For your convenience, Basicstero has added a "Messages" section on the store website where you can contact customer support for any questions or help you need (such as with payment, ordering, account, etc.).

You can find this new option on the top bar when logged into your Basicstero account.

Thank you! Yes this is my first (well now second order). The website was very easy to navigate, and I had a notification this morning that last nights initial order was already shipped.

I had been a very loyal customer to Stan, I truly believe he goes above and beyond and couldn’t ask for a better domestic source (and even did everything he could to help us during his own health issues). He’s out of almost everything though so I had to make a new account to find a new source (the few others I’ve used and tested on here also being out of primo) and glad I came across you.

If everything was entered correctly, it should only take a few days for verify and confirm payment. Then, when the payment is confirmed, the status will update to "ORDER PROCESSING" which means the warehouse is sorting and packing the order to prepare it for shipping. Processing can take from one day to about a week, sometime even faster or slower depending on workload and warehouse staff etc.

I have had payments confirmed the same day that funds were transferred, processing take one day, and then the order ships the next day.
But, I have also had checking payment take a few days and processing take a week, or a little longer. So it can vary.
Usually funds were verified with a few days ad processing was rarely over a week.

Consider using a personal wallet to store your cryptocurrency, and from which you may make your payments. With this way, you may transfer your crypto into the personal wallet and then makes payments from the wallet.

What’s wrong with using Coinbase? I used to buy bitcoin there to send, now I just keep some money in bitcoin there and it’s pretty easy to transfer to another the sellers wallet instantly. It’s being sent to sellers anonymous wallets presumably so is there more risk than I’m aware of?

Linking your ID to an address allows a digital forensics team to use Common Input Clustering to map your entire wallet and transaction history. It puts others and especially yourself at risk.
I wish Monero was made mandatory.
It generates a unique, one time public key for every transaction, preventing anyone from linking payments to a specific user.

Any results on the test-p 50? I saw it discussed about a year ago but didn’t see a resolution. I tried it around that time and it felt kinda ‘meh’. But truthfully they are one of the only games in town if not THE only for Test-P 50 in GSO. It’s getting hard out here for the ladies who need it.
