Hi, in the USA you can order from a US domestic warehouse or an international warehouse.

I'm sure they were already changed - they simply failed to communicate the change appropriately.

Reading this thread, I must presume the overwhelming majority of Pharmacom customers aren't hoarding cryptocurrencies, but instead buy expressly for Pharmacom orders on a per order basis, so again I'm sure I won't be the only buyer with this issue.

Hopefully there's an easy solution.

Important Reminder: After sending funds, you must submit the payment information (payment notification) on the Basicstero site by clicking the "Payments" button on the top bar when logged into your account and filling out the form there.

An order will remain at the "waiting for payment" status until the correct payment information is added to the order.
If all of the information has been correctly entered, then all that is left is to wait for our staff to verify and confirm the payment.
When the payment is found and verified, the order status will move to the “Order Processing” step (being sorted, packed, and prepared for shipment).
Then, when the order ships out, the final status will update to say "Order Shipped."

Depending on the destination country, EU delivery can take a few days or a few weeks. It depends on the postal system and destination.
Only 5 days transit time would be some of the fastest time for locations very close to the warehouse, only if the postal service does a very good job. Also, consider there can be delays in some countries because of customs clearance protocols, etc.
Even in the US , transit from US domestic warehouse (which does not require crossing any national borders), the postal system takes longer than 5 days for most locations.
Therefore, I would expect transit to take longer than 5 days in the EU.
Nonetheless, please report back and correct me if I am wrong and it arrives very fast -- that would be good news to hear.
