aaanyway. it could be false alarm or not. i need to retest in week or 2, togeather with urine test and other kidney markers. i dont think i did dmg to them on test & gh, low bp and low-ish dose of anadrol for 2-3 weeks.
other issue is that i have low iron. this part will be tricky to solve, kind of. i need to source IV iron and find nurse that will inject it ito me. ive tried calling hemathology dr but in out shit medical system, they will put me on pills first, for abour 6 months and if they wont work, they will consider IV route but dr straight told me they dont do that very often

Also see if you can get generic jardiance as a preventive for the long run.
I was diagnosed with CKD stage three a and the nephrologist put me on jardiance and all my kidney numbers have improved significantly, yes it does control glucose but it also helps the kidneysyes i take iron pills for now. but i dont think that will be enough, something with absorption vs need ratio on anabolics or something like that ive read.
you can check it but that alone cost 80€. i pay out of pocket always. i just checked whole iron panel tbh... this whole thing costed 155,63€ for reference.

so, i started cutting sooner than i wanted amd planned cause i trully hate that middle ground where i dont try to gain or loose weight... i need clear goal in front of me, without it im bored a bit
original plan was to cut slowly but thats not me, naaah... so i decided to try RFL style diet from lyle mcdonald.
basicly, i have 5g of fish oil daily. 600ml of milk + 2 scoops of whey with it every morning and after that i eat only chicken. dry, chicken breast. from airfryer so 0 fats added, 0 carbs added, only A LOT of spice mix and salt.
so far its goin great. today is day 12 of it and ibe dropped 7kg, from 91 to 84, morning fasted. ofc lot of it was water retention and fluff weight. i went almost 0 carbs so no glykogen, lookin flat etc
but its working. suprise for me is that i have very high level of energy (maybe cause of clen?) and its very stable. 0 ups & downs.
traning is very hard but managable. i had to scale volume bit down and i do 1 working set per excercise until failre, often with dropset for smaller muscles like delts or bicep and assissted reps for bigger
ones like back.
in theory, with that low dose of test + gh, enough protein per day (200-220g so almost 3g/kg of lean weight) and training to muscle failure, i shouldnt loose muscle mass. sure, lbm as fluff weight is gone but that will be back after 2-3 days of carbing up i think
plan is to do "blocks" of it, 4 weeks this aggresive deficit then 1 week of maintenance +- with added carbs. basicly i will add plain white rice to the chicken. maybe 150-200g of uncooked daily.
then another 4 week block followed by one week with added carbs.
this should keep my metabolism from crashing. so far i have plenty of energy, great mood, dick works (ive found young gym bunny as gf so its finally needed) and can still train hard.
i will estimate that i started cut at 91kg/20%bf. so i need to loose 9.1kg fat to be at 10%, so goal weight is around 81-82kg.
i will shoot for 77-78kg rather cause i think that will be more accurate guess.
i wanna reach that 10% or even lower if possible and then slowly add food & mg's.
in my theory im not in danger of muscle loss, true tissue loss cause im far from my genetic limit. but eddie here told
me that i will loose some... it will be experiment tbh.
plan for summer (or spring cause im bit addictive character), IF KIDNEYS ARE OK, is to slowly add test and probably mast. again, something like 250/200 or 300/300.
i will save var either for peak cut or for summer for looks.
most imporant thing is to make sure kidneys are ok cause im but scared. logically it doesnt make sense, other people have no issues with tren and superdrol and stuff like that... will see after urine test.
its bit boring to pin 0,4ml of oil every 7 days and thats low dose test. dont get me wrong, i like low volume of oil and less IM shots buuut... me being me, i wanna add something for strenght and looks and caue im addictive personality. i know i know

lol yeah man have you tried Tirz + RFL? It’s so damn easy.yes, it works. but i think it needs to be split into block or you can crash your metabolism.
also, for me its better/easier to do it in more "brutal" way. i know i have no option for carbs. just plain, old, dry chicken with nothing. its mentally challanging and it gets old very fast but i feel good after every day with feelin "i survived another day".
