aaanyway, i have to split this into few posts, it will be probably longer read.
so, last time ive updated it it was end of november. i wrote about anadrol. up until then everything was smooth. i was happy, hungry, with good sleep.
then ive added anadrol @ 50mg daily... that was mistake.
killed my appetite at the end of week 1, made me lethargic middle of week 2 and i tapped out at week 3. ive lost almost 4kg of weight on it, i couldnt fit 2k kcal into myself, fucked up my sleep (cns stimulant probably?), my shoulder acne exploded into painfull nodules.
overall it was (greedy) mistake from me. test only was very smooth experience, i havent felt different that without it, just stronger and bigger.
i did bloodwork at the end of second week of anadrol (more about it in next post)
i wrapped it up after new year basicly, ive removed test for 2 weeks to let my blood level drop quicker.
ive hit my all time PR on barbell rows, 140kg x3 good reps. its not much but its honest work
130 for full set 7-8 reps i think.
overall i had fun time in gym, training was awesome and i was making progress every week.
ive returned to PPL R PP. cause i needed su day as restday always. with 8 day rotatuon sometimes i had restdays on my working days and workin out on sundays. it wasnt good.
attached few pics up until now. hopefully it will load them in chrological order
peak bulk was 94,5kg of bloated inflated roided mess basicly. almost no definition, water retention, big and strong and good lookin in tshirt. winter mode basicly. i did not made many photos cause i didnt like what i saw in mirror. size was fluff mostly. but pumps were stupid, my delts were so big that even other guys on gear came to me with "wtf are you takin"
after that there will be photos from now, im 2 weeks into RFL or kind of that, aggresive cut. close to 0 carbs so no glykogen, no retention of anything, flat, depleated.

i have issue. or not, im not sure yet.
main issue is that my cystatinin c jumped from 1.02 to 1.27 since early september which made me scared AF .. not gonna lie .. after u saw it i dropped even test for 2 weeks as ive said in previous post.
until today, ive researched a bit about it, why ir could be. creatinine was 105 which is normal for me. bp was stable, low, even on anadrol when i was michelin man. urine was smelly and brown since i started anadrol but it returned to normal one or 2 weeks after i stopped with ut. no foam either.
sooo, ive researched... possible cause could be GH. via chat gpt (i know i know) i found out that GH increase number of cys.c. cells systemathicly, like other cells. so its not kidney dmg or stress, just more of those cells. or at least thats simple version, i cant explain it correctly in eng
aaanyway. it could be false alarm or not. i need to retest in week or 2, togeather with urine test and other kidney markers. i dont think i did dmg to them on test & gh, low bp and low-ish dose of anadrol for 2-3 weeks.
other issue is that i have low iron. this part will be tricky to solve, kind of. i need to source IV iron and find nurse that will inject it ito me. ive tried calling hemathology dr but in out shit medical system, they will put me on pills first, for abour 6 months and if they wont work, they will consider IV route but dr straight told me they dont do that very often
cbc looked good, no wonder that i dont have thick blood with not enough iron...
750 test + 100mg aromasin per week = 59pg/ml e2. i had some water retention and bit of acne (before anadrol)
lipids fucked up ofc.
liver was fine, no issues there

current protocol:
test decaonate 200mg every 7 days (i will have second pin this weekend) as cruise dose
4iu gh - might remove it
upped rosuvastatin to 10mg daily
started telmisartan at 40mg daily
10mg cialis daily long term
40mg accutane daily - its only second week and acne is getting better on shoulders, other areas ar ein "purge" and hopefully it will improve before summer. it got bad...
clen 20/40mcg. plan is to do 2/2 weeks on/off, slowly tappering up. so far i really like it, small energy boost, no negatives so far
50mg proviron daily - mood & libido
5mg of tirz every 5 days for now
1mg daily of bpc 157 cause its sitting in my fridge unused. i have enough for few weeks.
plenty of electrolytes, salt, other supplements like vit d, zinc, nac etc. ussuall stuff.
so, i started cutting sooner than i wanted amd planned cause i trully hate that middle ground where i dont try to gain or loose weight... i need clear goal in front of me, without it im bored a bit
original plan was to cut slowly but thats not me, naaah... so i decided to try RFL style diet from lyle mcdonald.
basicly, i have 5g of fish oil daily. 600ml of milk + 2 scoops of whey with it every morning and after that i eat only chicken. dry, chicken breast. from airfryer so 0 fats added, 0 carbs added, only A LOT of spice mix and salt.
so far its goin great. today is day 12 of it and ibe dropped 7kg, from 91 to 84, morning fasted. ofc lot of it was water retention and fluff weight. i went almost 0 carbs so no glykogen, lookin flat etc
but its working. suprise for me is that i have very high level of energy (maybe cause of clen?) and its very stable. 0 ups & downs.
traning is very hard but managable. i had to scale volume bit down and i do 1 working set per excercise until failre, often with dropset for smaller muscles like delts or bicep and assissted reps for bigger
ones like back.
in theory, with that low dose of test + gh, enough protein per day (200-220g so almost 3g/kg of lean weight) and training to muscle failure, i shouldnt loose muscle mass. sure, lbm as fluff weight is gone but that will be back after 2-3 days of carbing up i think
plan is to do "blocks" of it, 4 weeks this aggresive deficit then 1 week of maintenance +- with added carbs. basicly i will add plain white rice to the chicken. maybe 150-200g of uncooked daily.
then another 4 week block followed by one week with added carbs.
this should keep my metabolism from crashing. so far i have plenty of energy, great mood, dick works (ive found young gym bunny as gf so its finally needed) and can still train hard.
i will estimate that i started cut at 91kg/20%bf. so i need to loose 9.1kg fat to be at 10%, so goal weight is around 81-82kg.
i will shoot for 77-78kg rather cause i think that will be more accurate guess.
i wanna reach that 10% or even lower if possible and then slowly add food & mg's.
in my theory im not in danger of muscle loss, true tissue loss cause im far from my genetic limit. but eddie here told
me that i will loose some... it will be experiment tbh.
plan for summer (or spring cause im bit addictive character), IF KIDNEYS ARE OK, is to slowly add test and probably mast. again, something like 250/200 or 300/300.
i will save var either for peak cut or for summer for looks.

Did you start taking iron?
Is Hepcidin a standard test?
It's extremely difficult to get here..
Get a UACR test with the cycs c as well.
Also see if you can get generic jardiance as a preventive for the long run.

yes i take iron pills for now. but i dont think that will be enough, something with absorption vs need ratio on anabolics or something like that ive read.
you can check it but that alone cost 80€. i pay out of pocket always. i just checked whole iron panel tbh... this whole thing costed 155,63€ for reference.
somewhere in my conversation with chat gpt i have list of stuff that i should get tested from urine and its there. i have quite long and detailed conversation with it about aas, supplements etc etc. i let it read my bloodwork and then i research stuff about it.
i know, its just language model but it works, kind of.
jardiance, seems like drug for glucose control, right? im not famillar with it but i will let my guy ask in albanin pharmacy. i have statin & telmisartan from there.
also, i started telmisartan with hope it wont lower my bp further and i wanna it for its kidney protextive benefit among others.

I was diagnosed with CKD stage three a and the nephrologist put me on jardiance and all my kidney numbers have improved significantly, yes it does control glucose but it also helps the kidneys
