aaanyway, i have to split this into few posts, it will be probably longer read.
so, last time ive updated it it was end of november. i wrote about anadrol. up until then everything was smooth. i was happy, hungry, with good sleep.
then ive added anadrol @ 50mg daily... that was mistake.
killed my appetite at the end of week 1, made me lethargic middle of week 2 and i tapped out at week 3. ive lost almost 4kg of weight on it, i couldnt fit 2k kcal into myself, fucked up my sleep (cns stimulant probably?), my shoulder acne exploded into painfull nodules.
overall it was (greedy) mistake from me. test only was very smooth experience, i havent felt different that without it, just stronger and bigger.
i did bloodwork at the end of second week of anadrol (more about it in next post)
i wrapped it up after new year basicly, ive removed test for 2 weeks to let my blood level drop quicker.
ive hit my all time PR on barbell rows, 140kg x3 good reps. its not much but its honest work

130 for full set 7-8 reps i think.
overall i had fun time in gym, training was awesome and i was making progress every week.
ive returned to PPL R PP. cause i needed su day as restday always. with 8 day rotatuon sometimes i had restdays on my working days and workin out on sundays. it wasnt good.

peak bulk was 94,5kg of bloated inflated roided mess basicly. almost no definition, water retention, big and strong and good lookin in tshirt. winter mode basicly. i did not made many photos cause i didnt like what i saw in mirror. size was fluff mostly. but pumps were stupid, my delts were so big that even other guys on gear came to me with "wtf are you takin"
after that there will be photos from now, im 2 weeks into RFL or kind of that, aggresive cut. close to 0 carbs so no glykogen, no retention of anything, flat, depleated.
