Not growing anymore

So it's either training or diet. With you switching so many different styles of training, what's the longest you ran a program? I have best results when I work the same program religiously on paper for 12+ months. Muscle confusion is great, but dedication to follow a program through sometimes nets better results. And eat more.
The longest Ive ran a program was probaly 2 years when I was new to training. Otherwise I usually stick to a program anywhere from 2-6 months.

A typical day:

Meal 1: 100 g of oats, 400 grams of egg whites and 2 dl of whole milk
Meal 2: Non-fat cottage cheese 500 grams
Meal 3: 300 g chicken with 300 grams of potatoes
Meal 4: Pre workout (1 hour before) (Proteinshake and a banana depending how i feel)
15 minutes prior to training 10 grams of EAA and sipping on EEAS during workout.
Meal 5: Post workout meal: 100 grams of oats, 3 scoops of whey protein and 2 dl milk
Meal 6: Non-fat cottage cheese 500 grams.

And thats now when on a diet. When i bulk its more.
This is a contest prep diet?? Who the hell is your coach??

I'd put money on the fact your issue is nutrition. Hire a GOOD coach and it'll make all the difference in the world

Eat more. Trying to grow during a cut.... no bueno. 10% bf means you aren't bulking properly. Some bb pros get close to 20% off season... eat eat eat. How sure are you the gear is real? Bloods before and after? What is tt? What is e2?
Also, take a break from trying to grow or cut.... Sometimes you honestly need to take time off, people forget this shit.

If you aren't adding scale weight, you aren't eating enough, no question about it. Keep ramping up every 3-4 weeks by increasing overall macros by 10%.... Don't get sloppy and add a TON of food quickly.

Honestly, what a hunk of shit diet this is... Most of your protein comes from casein and protein powders. You wonder why you're not growing, when you eat meat 1x a day? Come on. You've been doing this shit for 7 years, and your gut instinct isn't that this is a bit off?

I'm not trying to be a dick, but, come on.... Ask @wedorecover how many times he eats meat a day....

Yea man. What everyone else said. This is a great way to ruin your health AND not grow. Where are the vegetables? Fats? This diet is crazy deficient... I understand its contest prep- but you should be able to contest prep with ZERO powders. This is lazy programming by whomever gave you this diet.

At least 3 of my meal have meat a day ... depends on what day it is tho :p

Thanks again everyone for your replies. Obviously I need a radical change in my diet. I thought the most important thing was to hit my macros. Didn’t think so much about if the protein came from cottage cheese or chicken etc etc..
I used to feel similarly. I figured protein was protein, as that's what a lot of the literature suggests. However, in real life applications, animal-based protein seems to increase muscle mass in myself, colleagues, etc... Sometimes it's better to try out what's working for everyone, than to wait for scientific literature to catch up, especially in bodybuilding. Try keeping your protein high, and only using shakes when you're in a pinch, or when you need quick protein (pre and postworkout).

If diet is this "off" after years of thinking it's on point, I also wonder about training.

More specifically execution of the movements. You are strong, no doubt, but can you perform exercises mechanically correct with the right intensity?

You could likely cut your loads in half and perform them correctly, with the right intensity and be amazed.

I have another idea because lots of people don't create the right environment for growth in their body, perfect diet and perfect wo, won't do much at all.....

When you bulk after 4w that you are on long esters, so let's say everything is stable do bloods for E2. Adjust your E2 levels with AI (Adex/Aromasin) to have between 50-60pg/ml.
If you are too watery or you don't feel good add 350mg Proviron Ed, feeling good in offseason will help you eat and push more in the gym.

This way you will be in a perfect environment for growth. A lot of people use too much AI or too few and in the end they don't grow enough or get too fat.

When you cut, you should aim for 20ish pg/ml on E2 and over 3k on DHT but this depends much on your weight. High dht levels create a toxic environment in your body so push Anavar Proviron W Masteron last 4/6w.

This is all BS or useless/redundant information.

Well this got bumped pretty hard.

The issue isn’t drugs. It’s food. That diet is junk. Too much milk based/shake crap. Eat more meat.

The only redeemable part of that diet is the EAAs intra.

I always feel better when I get my protein from meats than powders wasn't sure if it was just me after I realized that shakes are only for emergency wen I really can't eat

At very least if you're stuck on the lazy convenience of shakes sub out 3/4 of the whey for more egg whites. Instead of doing 3 scoop shakes I put in one scoop then a shitload of egg whites. Whey is great for quick absorption but I agree real food treats me better.

As all have said eat more meat. I am eating 32oz of steak a day and only 2 protein shakes, 1 mid morning and 1 post workout.
