That said, asking for a refund on the entire order when only 2 out of 5 vials were affected is… interesting. Hopefully the customer can post here and share the photos/videos so everyone can see exactly what was found. Transparency would help clear things up pretty quickly.

Also, just thinking out loud here, AI is doing some scary things these days, and adding a tiny detail like a single hair is probably the easiest trick in the book. Purely a thought experiment, nothing more.

Would hate to see people taking advantage of the better sources on here. Shit goes both ways, community should protect users from bad sources and sources from bad users.
Im not saying that this is that situation. It just got me thinking.

It was being "discussed" on a TG channel yesterday that splintered from Axles old TG. The endless pube comments got old very quickly. I was assuming it's a fibre from a filter rather than a hair, but i can't really engage with those TG channels as the standard of conversation is often pre-school.

And the TG group are already sharing screenshots of this thread and the person who found the fibre is taking my post personally.

Epitomises everything i hate about these TG communities. He chose to think that i was attacking or doubting him, rather than expressing disdain from everyone leaping onto pube talk.....and i stand by this.....like pre-schoolers.

To clarify we did go Back and forth in email and spoke about bringing it up to the community , i did show proof of the vials, by providing videos. To some its not a big issue, yes we can filter it, but the point is to provide quality, if im in the wrong, then idk what else to say. This is not me bashing on Neo, this is to clarify he went above and beyond, Thank you once again Neo .

It looked like my hair, the videos that were provided looked real. I failed the customer and that is what it took to make things right. Thank you for the AI heads up, I had not thought about this.

I always work with arms inside of my flow hood. I made the mistake of sticking my head inside. Vertical laminar flow hoods push air downwards. The air pushed onto my head making a hair particle fall off. I had the bad luck of having a hair follicle fall inside.

I fill vials underneath the flow hood one at a time. I fill one and cap and put to the side. I inspect the beginning and middle and end of batch.

Vials get labeled individually when they go out, that way I give it a final inspection. Vials that are crashed get heated up and inspected before being labeled. Last week I did not heat them up before labeling them for that particular batch. I figured they would just crash again. That was my mistake. Once again, I am sorry this happened due to my negligence.

I had a customer reach out to me, with unfortunate news. Their order consisted of 8 vials. Two out of five vials of Test Cyp 250mg/mL had a strand of hair inside each one. The rest of the vials were fine. The vials were sealed. The customer requested a refund for the entire order, so I did as such and refunded him completely.

This is very upsetting and frustrating for me to say the least. I went underneath my flow hood instead of staying outside of it as I always do. Without a hairnet , the airflow must have pushed onto my head, without wearing a hairnet.

There is absolutely no reason why this should have happened or the vials going out without me seeing it. I always check my vials before shipping, I got careless and did not heat up vials last week before going out and missed it.

I am sorry, for failing the community. Many of you know I strive for the best on quality. This isn’t just talk. Of the current USA sources I was the first one to implement a flow hood, use flurotec stoppers, switch to miglyol 812. With pictures and proof not just words. I also switched to capsule filtering before discussions started about leeching from bottle top filters. I take this very seriously, so it is like a kick in the read for me. My apologies. It will never happened again.

Appreciate the transparency and getting ahead of this.

For the future, hairnets look stupid, but are cheap and effective.

I mean you have nothing to actually add, you were rationalizing it as a filter strand after the vendor already said it was their hair. Call them preschoolers all you want, as least they are trying to hold vendors accountable instead of simping for them even when they admitted their mistake.

How long do vials last? Im sure the oil matters.. Lets use this situatuon for example.. How long would your mct vial be ok for if stored in room temp and no lights?

Light, oxygen, temperature, and time(obviously) are our enemies in long term storage of AAS. MCT stored in a dark place at less than 70° will likely be good for more than 3 years, and likely beyond 5, without much worry. GSO has a tendency to oxidize far more easily as it's not a full saturated oil(fat), and therefore is inferior to MCT for the purpose of long term storage.
