Not sure if you have bp issues but it has really lowered mine which was an unexpected benefit.I’m taking the leap of faith .... shouldn’t hurt them.

Thank you for sharing thatI use California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin . Its been proven pure in test and is reasonably priced . It raised my HDL alot when I started using it more (I drown my salads in it /w lime juice) and I"ll eat a handful of peanuts and a capful or two of olive oil . I trade it out over butter alot of times which really made a difference . I use to be consistently under 20 in tests. My last HDL test I was 42 , ref range (30-70 mg/l) so the olive oil helps .
