Anyone ever did a modified bro split to hit 1 or 2 parts 2x a week? Even legs? I hate fb, ulul, ppl and love just focusing on 1 part a day. But I wanna bring up some lagging parts. I know it's not rocket science but has anyone actually modified it without a full ppl type split?

Delts + lunges
Off
Everything hit 1x, but legs and delts get hit 2x. Still simple and has the bro split feel to it.
