Mandatory intro

Hey yall
Finally decided to make an account after lurking and reading threads here for a minute.

I’ve been using AAS for about 10 years now, with the last 7 being a consistent blast and cruise—minus an 8-month "mandatory vacation" in county, but we’ll leave that for another time.

After a few nasty injuries (including a fun full pec rupture), I’ve had to smarten up. I’m over the ego lifting and purely focused on hypertrophy and density now. For me, strength is just a tool for stimulus; I’m all about controlled eccentrics and finding that maximum recoverable dose without trashed joints.

My main focus right now:
Chasing that roundness and fullness

Keeping my tendons and connective tissue happy

keeping the skin quality and tissue health on point.

I’m a big fan of the data-driven approach on this board. I don't buy anything without looking for a Janoshik report first and I'm pretty religious about blood work. Looking forward to chatting training mechanics in the subforums and keeping an eye on the Underground reports.
Thanks for reading,

Welcome. I too quit chasing strength many years ago and am focused on building muscle and keeping my joints healthy.

Once again, welcome and I wish you the best on your journey.
