Been lurking for a while now, figured it's time for an intro.

Quick background, around July of 2024 I was at my heaviest, 240lbs and 5'5. Started Semaglutide at my friend's med spa and started losing weight. Once the friend's and family discount went away and the monthly price went through the roof, I went and found the Grey market. Started self administering Tirzepatide in January 2025, then switched to Retatrutide in March 2025.

By June I was down to 190 and I started doing daily cardio on a peloton bike. In July I started TRT at 100mg weekly. In August I dropped cardio and started resistance training every other day. I also started hCG and HGH.

I'm now at my lowest since who knows when, 144lbs and 18% bf according to my last dexa scan. My plan is to get to 135lbs, which should be about 11% bf, and then start lean bulking with the ultimate goal of 150lbs and 12% bf. No timeline.

I'll be turning 40 this year so I'm trying to keep my expectations realistic. I'm hoping to achieve a lean boxer/mma type physique rather than chasing body builder type mass. Honestly I'm just trying to look good with my shirt off and be healthy enough to give the wife the best 2 minute weinering I can muster.

I added cardio back to my routine this month. Currently doing full body every other day and 45 minutes of cardio every other day. I take 150mg of test weekly, 2IU of HGH nightly, and 500IU of HCG qod, along with Reta and some peptides for recovery. I have some Primo and Anavar in storage but I'm not sure when or if I'll ever hop on. What I've been doing so far has been working great. Since starting resistance training, I do a dexa scan every couple months. Since my baseline scan in July 2025 I've lost 32lbs of fat and added 6 lbs of lean tissue, all while being in a large deficit. Newbie gains but I'll take them. Plus my HDL is in the 20s so AAS are out of the question until I can bring that up. I'll reevaluate once I'm ready to start bulking.
