May be the end of the line on gear for me. Having LUTS saw the urologist and he said my prostate is enormous.

Probably final update here. I hit week 3 after my prostate aquablation and finally did the deed and can ejaculate. So I can piss well and still shoot. Seems like it was a success.

Thanks for the openness and following up throughout the journey. I am also dealing with some prostate issues and going for imaging in a few weeks.

I saw my surgeon at the 6 week mark and he told me that my prostate actually WAS NOT the issue once he was in there but I was born with a high riding bladder neck. Said although I had a touch of lateral lobe enlargement it would not have caused any problems. Interesting turn here to say the least. Makes me feel better that I didn't cause this with my gear abuse.
